Tsukutsun Tsun is a teenage boy who lives in Penguin Village and practices kung fu.

Tsukutsun usually wears a blue Kung Fu uniform. He moves to Penguin Village when his family's spaceship crashes there. Although he's not normally as strong as Arale Norimaki or Gatchan 1 and 2, when he's extremely angry, Tsukutsun becomes more powerful than both of them. For some reason, whenever he touches a girl, he turns into a tiger, but he can't change back unless he's touched by a guy. To his confusion, Arale does not trigger this transformation since she isn't a real girl. Later Tsukutsun started dating Akane Kimidori.

- A lot of characteristics of Yamcha seem to be based of this character. After Yamcha gets a haircut for the first time, he is identical to him.
