Plot[]
Felix the cat first appearance is seen tasering star-dog and introducing himself but is to joke around and bring him along into his cat lair and wants to know of the human's hating animals. despite trying shove everyone away and work alone and despite his arrogance getting in the way sometimes he will have to accept on being partners with star dog and many others to come before they can solve the mystery of humans hating animals and trying to help Star Dog to his rightful owner.
