Tutti Frutti is a house cat that owned by Penelope Hornwright. She can be found down in Founder's Hall after completing the quest for recruiting Penelope for the Vault 79 heist in the Fallout 76 Wastelanders DLC, "Trade Secrets".

Tutti Frutti is owned by Penelope Hornwright, having been found in Penelope's room when it was assigned to her by the Settlers after moving to Foundation from her family's former home in the Ash Heap. Penelope named her after her favorite flavor of ice cream. Jen is disappointed Tutti Frutti was not a mechanical cat.
