This is a blog post that focuses on sorting out who is a hero and who is not in Battle for Dream Island.
What’s the Work?[]
Battle for Dream Island is a 2010 web series that has gotten over 1 billion views and has such been allowed to have pages on this wiki. It is a game show parody featuring living objects who compete in multiple episodes for a prize. People are eliminated by the choice of the viewers, or on special occasions, the contestants.
Heroic Standard[]
- The character has to actually do something heroic, such as Bubble, who tried to save Fanny from her former friend Pencil, and betrayed Flower when she threatened to kill her so that she would do the challenge for her. Another example is Basketball, who helped Robot Flower out in her need, and made a deal with One to save her.
- Death P.A.C.T. and all members of the team count for the purpose of preventing the deaths of other contestants, even sacrificing their lives or the contest to do so.
- A character does not count for simply being kind, and it does not cover their villainous acts or the fact they are mainly neutrals. Examples are Naily, Eraser, Pen, and Grassy.
- Characters who do way more villainous acts and have almost no heroic acts are automatically disallowed on this wiki. One example is Fries.
Why this was made?[]
When I was viewing around this wiki, I saw that Naily had a page, but didn’t have any heroic actions listed. The same thing happened with other characters such as Sour Cream from Steven Universe.
