Father of the year in the game of Ace Attorney.
Hello there. I am here to do another PG proposal from another favorite franchise. And what do you know? It's a visual novel genre this time from Capcom studios or Nintendo.
Anyways, another re-proposal that I intended to finish after some time of procrastinating over this but I will get this done right now. This will be the next ace attorney character who I believe qualifies for this category. So why don't we start this proposal right away.
What's The Work?
Ace Attorney is a franchise of visual novel adventure games of legal dramas. The person playing the game takes on the role of several defense attorneys (Phoenix Wright, Apollo Justice, Athena Cykes, etc...). You investigate the cases and take them to court and try to get your client declared Not guilty in a Guilty until proven innocent court system.
Who is He? What Has He Done?
Dhurke Sahdmadhi was a successful attorney at Kurain and was a husband of Amamra who was the queen of Kurain. It wasn't until he got framed for Jove's and Amara's murder by Ga'ran leading to the DCA but also no defense attorney and people convicted for years. He is the leader of the defiant dragon as a way to stop Ga'ran's terror and the act. He saves Apollo as a baby and has Nahyuta as a son and raised them in the past. It also turns out Dhurke broke Amara out from prison after being informed by his crew leading to them being together and having a child name Rayfa before she got captured by Ga'ran.
Dhurke then continues his plan for over years doing everything he can to end the DCA until he got murdered by Inga when he attempts to save Maya from hostage. Before dying he requested Maya to channel him to see Apollo one last time and to continue his plan. He meets his son and intends to get the founder's orb by Archie thanks to Datz but he dies thanks to Paul who only made the situation worse by having Archie not trust both the parties. Of course, Dhurke manages to get the orb but Paul and Phoenix decide to fight him in court to get the founders orb. Apollo won the trial and stop Paul from not just obtaining the Orb but also the murder of Buff leading to his arrest. He went back to Kurain to see Inga only for him to be framed for murdering Inga after being channeled by Amara from Maya's body.
Apollo does everything to clear Dhurke's name but is then informed that Dhurke has already died as everything progress leaving him devastated. Despite that Dhurke managed to gain evidence from the past leading to Apollo brining down Ga'ran and destroying the Defense Culpability Act once and for all.
Corrupting Factors
Nothing that comes to mind. It may have been true he would get mad at other scenarios but honestly they are not big of a problem. Not only are most of them simply heating up periods but also the fact they are rightfully justified and completely understandable in the circumstance such as Inga or Paul as examples.
Admirable Standard
He passes with no problem in my eyes. In the past, he had saved many innocent lives from being imprisoned at his time as a defense attorney at Kurain before his false accusation by Ga'ran leading him to get outcasted and hunted as a wanted criminal for years. In his time as the leader of the defiant dragons he has done everything in his power to stop Ga'ran in her tyranny from killing many lives and the unfairness of court with his admirable actions.
He saved his adaptive son Apollo and Nahyuta from drowning when they were kids and saved Apollo again when stuck inside a cave. In his final moments and his most admirable acts, he saved Maya from Inga at the cost of his life and with the evidence he is the entire reason why Apollo manages to stop Ga'rans regime saving everyone in the country clearing his name also. So with that, Dhurke defiantly passes the standard no problem.
Final Verdict
