What's The Work?
Master Detective Archive: Rain Code is a game created by Too Kyo Games and Spike Chunsoft with the same director on Danganronpa. It follows the amnesiac detective named Yuma Kokohead with his companion Shinigami after signing a contract. The both go on an adventure to explore Kanei Ward and help solve an unknown mystery behind the town including the murder happening in the raining city.
Who is She? What Has She Done?
Fubuki Clockford is a detective who is the daughter of the Clockford family. Let's just say Fubuki is a ditzy. She reminds me a lot about Sonia who has no idea about the outside world. Anyways, she joined the hopeful detective agency as she was assigned to investigate Kanei Ward meeting other detectives as well. She does not do much yet until the submarine got blown up by Yomi who attempts to kill all the detectives believing they are destroying the peacekeepers reputation. Fubuki then comes to a cafe where she decides to wait for the other detectives but only Yuma came. She help Yuma with his goals on placing camera's but little did they know they are all bombs placed by the real culprits leading to Yuma being pinned as a terrorist and the peacekeepers coming after Yuma. And Yuma got a bomb on a transceiver if he doesn't get the bombs in time. Fubuki saves Yuma many times with her ability to push back time from the peacekeepers as they investigate Shachi's murder and who caused the bombings from Kanei Ward. Unless you want me around I am letting my allies do the talking and not me. If you want to get me I am only going to appear once from now on instead knowing full well the outcome. Take it over Nagito. Are you sure you want to do- figure it out yourself. I will not be killed. If you insist then Bazil anyways… Wow talk about those twist and turns into this story! I am intrigued.
They investigate the incident until she and Yuma got cornered by the peacekeepers which lead to Shinigami opening the labyrinth with Fubuki coming along to help out. Fubuki and Yuma finds the culprit behind the incident and that is Icardi as Shinigami kills him after solving the mystery labyrinth. Of course, it did not change the peacekeepers from attempting to attack them only for Yakou and his detectives to save Yuma, Kirumi and Fubuki and hand the peacekeepers Icardi who died and Servan who was forced into doing the bombs.
Yuma goes with Makoto and get's captured by Yomi but Fubuki and the detectives saves Yuma. She also helped attempting to save Huesca which was an act by him but he was killed by Yakou. Yakou ends up dying when he get's killed leaving everyone devastated. At the base, everyone get's knocked out by a gas send by Makoto with Fubuki and the other detectives beside Yuma get locked in Makoto's house. With the mystery of Kanei Ward being solved, all the detectives leaves the city after their job is done.
In her DLC, she ends up saving a man from falling to death after rewinding time. With the detectives, she figured out that victim is involved in gambling and attempted to be killed. Figuring and making a plan, Fubuki and the others go in the casino confronting the owner knowing he's the culprit. Halara trusting Fubuki to role the dice from the deal made and after some fails into winning by reversing time, she won with Desuhiki tricking the owner into disguising as the victim and Halara messing with the dice leading to his arrest.
Wow! That was fascinating of them to rely on their luck! Especially a worthless person such as myself to have this luck on their side to hope!
Corrupting Factors
Nothing in my mind! How hopeful of her to fit in that category for a ditzy head like a princess!
Admirable Standard
According to the note I have gotten from Bazil, I am reading that Fubuki does enough to pass the rain code standard? He just gave me the notes but if that’s the case how hopeful! Let’s see here… Fubuki accordingly has used her time ability forte not ultimate talent to save Yuma from dangers multiple time and has used them to save her allies or when they made a foolish mistake such as trying to save Dr Huesca. All of those played a very key roles into solving the mysteries including saving Yuma many times leading to him finding the culprit who flooded the city.
In case those are not hopeful enough, she saved a man with her time stop ability and manages with her ultimate luck on her side arrested the casino owner who is responsible for the attempted murder. Halara helped out but the dice role is the main reason they earned a victory.
