~ Words from a boy who's becoming a man. |
Hello, everyone! And welcome to another proposal of mine. This time, it's a fellow collab proposal with none other than Kodikos aka "The Paw" (And pretty much my first Collab too). This was a character that we believe has a big shot at being PG, despite the franchise's high admirable standards. And I have to be honest here, it's a 50/50 chance for our boi here.
Also quick note: This proposal is going to be extremely long, mainly because I wanted to list down everything he has done in the series. I should also state that it may be my final proposal for now, since I am leaving for college on the 19th. I don't know when I'll return, but I may come back once I finish with my college.
So without further ado, let us introduce: Eijiro Kirishima AKA Red Riot!
What's the Work?
The Life Of Eijiro Kirishima (My Hero Academia)
Everyone should already know what this is but My Hero Academia is a ten year-old manga/anime superhero franchise revolving around a Quirkless boy named Izuku Midoriya obtaining a powerful quirk called One For All, given by his idol and mentor, the No. 1 Pro Hero All Might, becoming a student at U.A High School, and using it to defeat many villains who threaten the world. In the midst of his journey, he must also face a foe named Tomura Shigaraki, a rising prodigy villain and leader of the League of Villains, who is aided by a mysterious and powerful villain known as All For One, who has strong ties to the Quirk that Izuku possesses.
Who is Eijiro Kirishima? What has he done?
Eijiro Kirishima is a major character in the My Hero Academia franchise. He is a student at UA High School in Class 1-A. He is a confident and outgoing young kid with the ability to harden his body, who is also known for his "manliness" spirit. He is also one of the closest friends of Katsuki Bakugo, a feat which is rather impressive considering Bakugo's character.
Past
Eijiro’s quirk begins as a three year old when he accidentally injured himself with his quirk, which gave him the little scar on his right eye. This resulted in him hating his Quirk for hurting. However, he would later grow up to admire Pro Hero Crimson Riot. A firm believer in Crimson Riot's strength in training mentality, Eijiro would work to train up his Quirk for years.
He attended middle school alongside Mina Ashido, though he was not particularly close to her. He defended a student once from two bullies but got injured by a rock while trying to do so, which caused him to yell in pain while the bully remarked that Eijiro had a simple Hardening Quirk and nothing more, then the bullies took the underclassman with them. Eijiro's middle school friends told him not to bother with the bullies, but he was determined to help the underclassman, encouraging himself with Crimson Riot's word about manly spirit.
However, Eijiro would begin to suffer from his insecurities as he saw how Mina managed to get the bullies to get along with the underclassman, and that she was going to take the U.A Entrance Exam due to her athletic ability and strong Quirk. Mina's outgoing and strong personality made Eijiro self-conscious of his appearance and personality, which was worsen in a certain incident where a mysterious giant figure was threatening fellow students of his school. While Eijiro was dominated by fear, the students were luckily saved by Mina when she managed to deceive the terrifying person by giving him false directions. In his room, Eijiro, feeling disappointed in himself for being a coward, gave up on his dreams of going to U.A. High School and was prepared to stop being chivalrous due to his true colors. In his anger at himself for it, Eijiro threw a book at his bookshelf, accidentally activating an old holographic projector depicting an interview with Crimson Riot. In this interview, the hero reveals that, despite his reckless hero image, he does feel fear when putting his life on the line and condones anyone who doesn't. He fears danger, but he feared the dying look on someone's face far more. He believes in living a life with no regrets.
Hearing his idol's words, Eijiro became inspired again and resolve to continue on following his dream of attending U.A so he can become a hero like his idol, and decides to not repeat the same mistake. At the school, he also apologized to his classmates for not aving them, to which her friends do not mind. Eventually, thanks to Eijiro's hard work and training, he managed to enter the U.A Entrance Exam.
The U.A Beginnings Saga
Life as a student
Eijiro goes to the U.A school to participate in the entrance exams. Sitting next to Mine, he hears about how the entrance exam works. During the practical exams, Eijiro gets a lot of points, both for destroying the villain bots and helping out the other participants, which allow him to place second overall. After the exams ended, Eijiro waits patiently to receive the results from U.A. Then he receives a hologram from Principal Nezu informing him that he has been admitted to the Hero School, which makes him really happy. His friends and classmates at his school congratulate him on his success. To signify the beginning of a new stage in his life, Eijiro decides to dye his hair red and comb it in a spiky style. He would become a student in Class 1-A, taught by Shota Aizawa.
During the course of the first saga, Eijiro tends to participate in, such as the Quirk Apprehension Test and the Battle Trial events. He also participated in the defense of U.S.J, where he teams up with Bakugo in fighting off Kurogiri and the villains in the Ruin Zone. He also attempts to fight Tomura, but the latter quickly evades him. When All Might arrives, he express his desire to support the No.1 Pro Hero, but All Might instead orders Kirishima to escape. He alongside the others watches in awe as All Might's strength and power as he defeats the U.S.J Nomu. Eventually, the U.S.J attack results in the heroes' victory, and before returning with his classmates, he also discovers All Might's weak state.
Then he participates in the U.A Sports Festival, first completing the Obstacle Race, where he clashes with Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu. Then in the Calvary, where he teams up with Bakugo, alongside Mina and Hanta Sero, going after Izuku's team's ten million points. But after losing points and Bakugo gets taunted by Neito Monoma of Class 1-B, he and his team decides to go after his team, eventually taking back the points. Unfortunately for them (well mostly Bakugo), Bakugo's team receives second place after the Calvary Battle ends. They then proceed to a One-one-One fight tournament, where Eijiro faces against Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu of Class 1-B. After a hard physical fight using their harden bodies, both Eijiro and Tetsutetsu gets knocked out on the same time. After recovering following Katsuki and Uraraka's match, the two would do a arm-wrestle contest to decide the winner, in which Eijiro ultimately wins in the end. Eijiro congrats Tetsutetsu with a handshake, to which Tetsutetsu takes and thanks him for the compliment. Following Izuku and Shoto's match, Eijiro would face off against Bakugo, who declares that he'll "kill" Eijiro, who sarcastically replies by complimenting Katsuki for having moves that blast the whole stadium. Despite Eijiro's best efforts, Bakugo ultimately wins by figuring out Eijiro's hardening ability weakens with each hit, and unleashes a flurry of explosions on him, knocking him unconscious.
Two days following the Sports Festival, Eijiro and his class are taught about the Hero Informatics by Aizawa, and also learns that the class are going to be choosing their names for the upcoming internships, much to Eijiro's excitement. Midnight arrives to help the students choose their name, with Eijiro choosing the moniker the Sturdy Hero: Red Riot, which he confirms to Midnight of the name being a nod to his idol hero Crimson Riot. Eventually, he chooses his costume and elects to join under Forth Kind's internship, alongside Tetsutetsu. Then a day after that, he participates in the Final Exams, passing finishing the written section of the exams, and joins at the practical exam, where he and Rikido Sato face off against Cementoss, in which the pro-hero manages to defeat them.
He would later join Bakugo as he was invited to I-Island, following his victory at the U.A Sports Festival. The two participated in the Villain Attack attraction, with Eijiro reaching eighth place at thirty three seconds and Katsuki first at fifteen seconds. After completing the attraction, Eijiro and Bakugo notice Izuku and several other classmates observing from the stands, irritating the latter. Eijiro and Tenya would later restrain Katsuki from starting a fight with Shoto, who also came to I-Island as well. They are invited to attend the reception party at 6:30 PM, and convinces an uninterested Katsuki to go, revealing the formal clothes he brought just in case. However, they both left their cell phones behind and got lost in the central tower, so they end up wandering around. In the plant factory, they encounter two villains, with Eijiro attempting to explain they were lost, but the villains do not believe them and attack, but the duo are quickly rescued by an ice wall created by Shoto. After lifting the two up, Shoto explains the situation to Eijiro and Katsuki, informing them that I-Island is being held hostage by the villain name Wolfram and his crew, and the three quickly engage in combat.
Eijiro would also be a part of the Forest Training Camp held by the Wild Wild Pussycats, where he and his class do a challenge in the forest and endure late night extra lessons. Just as they are about to do another test challenge, the Vanguard Action Squad suddenly appears and attacks the training camp. They are later informed that Bakugo was their main target, with Kirishima pleading with Vlad King to let him fight and protect Bakugo, but the pro hero refuses until they're interrupted by a sudden attack from Dabi. Dabi blasts the classroom door open with a fire attack before being quickly subdued by Vlad King. The villain taunts Vlad King and the students, saying that they've already failed. Aizawa returns to the class and destroys what turns out to just be a clone of the villain. Eijiro and Tenya plead for their teacher to allow them to fight, but he refuses as well. Unfortunately, the Vanguard successfully kidnaps Katsuki and the students return home from camp. Two days later, Eijiro visits Izuku in the hospital along with many of his peers, tellign the grieving Izuku that they can still save Bakugo.
The day before, both Eijiro and Shoto overheard Momo tell All Might about a tracking device she placed on the Nomu during the camp attack. Iida deduces that Eijiro wants Momo to create another receiver so that Eijiro and company can track down and rescue Katsuki themselves. He demands that the rescue of Katsuki be left to the pro heroes, but Eijiro is tired of being unable to do anything, leading to a heated argument between the two, which was stop by Denki Kaminari and Tsuyu Asui. Eijiro admits he's fully aware that the matter should be dealt by professionals, but Eijiro still encourages Izuku to go through with the plan because they can still save their friend, with majority of the class still opposing against it. After the doctor requests the class to leave, Eijiro tells Izuku that he and Shoto will be waiting outside the hospital tonight for him and Momo so that they can go and rescue Bakugo from the league.
The Hideout Raid Event
Deciding to rescue Bakugo, he, alongside Izuku, Shoto, and Momo are to be head out, but Iida appears before them. He is anger to find out the four are about to repeat the same mistake he made at Hosu. Shoto tells Iida that they will not engage the villains in combat, and Eijiro explains that they are planning a covert mission. Momo states that she came along to accompany them all in order to prevent them from engaging in combat. Although a bit hesitant, Iida decides to go with them.
Eijiro along with Izuku, Momo, Tenya and Shoto board a train to travel to Kamino, Yokohama, located in the Kanagawa Prefecture. At the location, the group puts on disguises to prevent the league from recognizing them. They exit the clothing shop and witness a video clip of U.A.'s public apology for the danger. Eijiro along with the Bakugo rescue squad continue towards the place that Momo's tracking device is detecting. After waiting for a while near the place, Eijiro, Izuku, Shoto, Iida, and Momo prepare to infiltrate the supposed villains' hideout. Eijiro along with the rescue squad go to the back of the hideout and see a window. Shoto and Iida have Izuku and Eijiro stand on their shoulders to see what is inside using the night-vision goggles Eijiro brought along. Suddenly, Mount Lady destroys the front of the warehouse which shocks Eijiro.
Seeing that the Pro Heroes are at the hideout, Eijiro and the squad assume that All Might is with Bakugo as they are speaking. Eijiro and the group decide to head home. Suddenly, the entire warehouse is completely destroyed by a mysterious man along with the surrounding area being significantly damaged. The man's aura above them utterly terrifies Eijiro, Izuku, Shoto, Iida and Momo, with them all unable to move from their spot. As the conflict continues between the heroes and villains, Eijiro sees that there are no openings to rescue Bakugo, due to the man known as All For One's presence and Bakugo being outnumbered by the Vanguard Action Squad. Suddenly, Izuku comes up with an idea and explains the plan to Eijiro and the rest of the group. He tells Eijiro that the plan will depend on him since he is the only one whose help Bakugo won't be ashamed to accept help from. All For One sees the trio and attempts to attack them, but All Might intervenes by punching him. Bakugo sees the trio while Eijiro yells at Katsuki to take his hand. Tomura tries to take Bakugo to prevent his escape, but Bakugo quickly uses his Explosion to launch himself towards Izuku, Tenya and Eijiro, grabs Eijiro's hand, and smiles. Seeing that Izuku, Eijiro and Iida have succeeded in rescuing Bakugo, Shoto and Momo begin escaping from the battlefield.
Eijiro and Bakugo converse with each other, with Bakugo adamantly stating he was never saved and only escaped with them so that All Might could fight without holding back, while Eijiro is just happy that his best friend is safe. The students then stays with a large group of people, watching the fight between All Might and All For One on a giant screen, and begins to worry about All Might's chances of victory. Desperate, citizens cheer for All Might, and the Bakugo Rescue Squad screams for All Might to win. All Might ends up winning although at a great cost as he was now forced to retire as a pro hero. Afterards, Eijiro takes Bakugo to the police and goes home to rest.
The Rise of the Villains Saga
The Hero License Exams
Following the Hideout Raid event, Principal Nezu decides to turn U.A. into a boarding school in order to protect the students. The Height Alliance (which was built in just three days) is use to protect the students and allows the teachers to keep close surveillance on the students. Aizawa then meets with the students, who informs that they must take their hero provisional hero license while expressing his disappointment that some of them tried to act like they had their licenses; mainly towards the Bakugo rescue squad while also noting that Class 1-A (with the exception of Bakugo, Toru Hagakure, and Kyoka Jiro) knew about the squad's plan to rescue Bakugo. Aizawa explains that their actions have been covered up but tells them that if All Might did not retire, he would expel his students as punishment and advises the group that went to save Bakugo to go through the proper procedures next time which will also restore the trust between them. Following Aizawa's disappointment speech towards the students and Bakugo's attempt to clear out the gloomy atmosphere (as well as paying cash to Eijiro), like the rest of the class, Eijiro would arrange his room in the dorms, where it is unsurprisingly a room full of manly elements, much to the girls (with the exception of Uraraka)' un-appreciation. Aftewards, the Bakugo Rescue squad, at Uraraka's urging, all meet outside the dorm where they find her with Tsuyu, who tearfully apologize for her harsh doubting on saving Bakugo, and they apologize back for worrying her.
Eijiro and the rest of Class 1-A are then charged with coming up with new special moves and are given a special class to develop their Quirks and come up with them. During the class, Toshinori shows up and advises Eijiro to focus being less artful and more on utilizing brute force with the technique he should develop, which leads Eijiro to also updating his hero costume and adds sleeves to it to protect civilians he is rescuing from being hurt by his Quirk. The licensing exam then begins and Class 1-A travels to the National Dagobah Arena. The first phase begins and Izuku suggests that Class 1-A stick together, but as usual, Bakugo refuses and goes off on his own, with Eijiro and Denki following him to a street side area of the arena. Bakugo yells at them both to stop talking, in which Eijiro replies telling Katsuki to relax. A mound of flesh is thrown at Katsuki and Eijiro throws himself in the way to save Bakugo. The flesh attack transforms Eijiro into a meatball that lands in Seiji Shishikura's hand. Bakugo would also be transformed into a meatball, but the two are quickly saved by Denki, who manages to injure Seiji and he loses his hold on the meatballs, leading to Eijiro and Bakugo transforming back to normal and delivering the final blow on Seiji. Afterwards, the trio eliminate two people and passes the first exam. Eventually, they would complete the second phase of the exam, with Eijiro being one of studetns to pass and receive his hero license.
Later on, after meeting the Big Three (Mirio Togata, Nejire Hado, and Tamaki Amajiki), Eijiro wanted to do a Work-Studies after receiving Mirio's advice of it. Unfortunately for him, Fourth Kind doesn't take anyone for Work-Studies. Aizawa arrives to inform him, Uraraka, Tsuyu, and Fumikage that there are people still interest in them, with the teacher notifying Eijiro that Tamaki wants to talk to him about the Work-Studies tomorrow. However, not able to wait any longer, he goes to the third years' room to ask him, in which Tamaki reveals that he wanted to invite him to participate in the Work-Studies along with him in Fat Gum Agency in Osaka, which Eijiro accepted without hesitation. Once he arrives there, he meets the BMI Hero Fat Gum, and is surprised that Tamaki has brought someone, and remembers that Eijiro was one of the best participants at the Sports Festival. As a result, he immediately accepts him, saying he welcomes spunky kids like him.
Eijiro responds that Fourth Kind had hired him for the same reasons, because energetic boys are good for raising morale at the agencies, but also confesses that he doesn't want to be just that, he wants to be a hero at the front lines and save peoples lives like his idol Crimson Riot, never wanting to be again a pathetic guy who abandons people in danger. After the presentations, he begins his Work Studies.
Eijiro's Work-Studies
Sometime later, Eijiro, Tamaki and Fat Gum are patrolling the streets in the Esuha Market. Suddenly, a fight breaks out, with a thug attacking another group of thugs for doing business on his turf. The group of thugs manages to get away, only for them to land into Fat Gum, and start submerging into his body. However, one of them manages to escape but is quickly caught by Tamaki's Quirk. Tamaki wonders if he did a good job, to which Eijiro replies that he was awesome. However, another criminal that was hiding and watching from the crowd shoots Tamaki with a mysterious bullet. He fires off a second shot but Red Riot quickly deflects it off his own head using his hardened skin. Fired up, Red Riot hardens his whole body and leaps into action.
Tamaki tries to use his Quirk again but to his shock, he cannot activate it, and Fat Gum suddenly realizes and is surprised to learn the villains have a Quirk eraser. Meanwhile, Eijiro chases the villain to a dead end. The villain uses his Quirk to create blades on his body but Eijiro knocks the man down. Left with a dire situation, the villain injects himself with a Quirk booster, that allows him to generate unleashes a flurry of blades that consume the entire alleyway. Eijiro orders all the bystanders to retreat. Even with his Hardening Quirk, the blades managed to break through his skin, sending Eijiro flying back. The villain arrogantly claims he'll be able to save his friends and sends multiple swords at Eijiro. Red Riot knows he has to protect everyone who hasn't gotten away yet. Remembering an advice Bakufo gave him, Eijiro decides to hardens his body even further, revealing his new Ultimate Move: Unbreakable.
With this technique, Eijiro breaks through his attacker's assault, breaking the many swords apart, and defeats him. The defeated man tries to escape but Fat Gum intercepts him and traps the villain inside his stomach. Fat Gum then proceeds to remind Red Riot to always subdue a villain as quickly as possible and to never fall for their schemes. Eijiro humbly thanks Fat Gum for saving the day. The civilians goes to thank Red Riot for saving them and they recognize he put himself in the way of the attacks to protect them. Fat Gum commends Red Riot for an epic debut and the bystanders say he will become a great hero one day. Fat Gum tells his sidekicks about Trigger and how it is banned in Japan. Eijiro compliments Fat Gum for knowing his stuff and Suneater hides his face in his hood, embarrassed he couldn't be useful but Eijiro tries to encourage him. Fat Gum is left worried about the existence of drugs that disable people's Quirks.
The Shie Hassaikai Operation
Later on, Eijiro is invited to Sir Nighteye's Agency, along with Izuku Uraraka, Tsuyu, and the Big Three. There, they see a large group of Pro Heroes gathered such as Fat Gum and Ryukyu, Uraraka, Tsuyu, and Nejire's intership internship mentor, as well as Aizawa and Gran Torino. Thanks to the information all the Heroes provided him with, Sir Nighteye was able to make substantial progress with his investigation of an yakuza organization named Shie Hassaikai; this captures Eijiro, Izuku, Ochaco and Tsuyu's attention. After Nighteye and his sidekicks explain the situation regarding the organization and its relationship with drug trafficking, Fat Gum intervenes, by explaining that he, Eijiro and Tamaki were involved the other day in a battle against a thug in which Tamaki was shot with a bullet that contains a drug that can damage the Quirk Factor, which allows a person to use his powers. Fat Gum follows up by explaining that thanks to Eijiro's brave actions by protecting Tamaki, they were able to obtain a bullet with the contents still inside. Fat Gum explains that after examining the contents of the bullet, they discovered that inside the bullet were human blood and cells, which disturbs everyone. Nighteye then states that the Quirk of the yakuza leader Kai Chisaki AKA Overhaul and the Quirk-destroying bullet are related. He explains that Chisaki has a daughter that had no birth certificate and details about her are unknown. She says that Izuku and Mirio encountered her on their patrol and she had a number of bandages on her. Torino and Nighteye explains that Chisaki is probably using his daughter to make those Quirk destroying bullets, which disgusts and horrifies Eijiro, Ochaco, and Tsuyu. Sir Nighteye states that their objective will be to save Chisaki's daughter, with Izuku and Mirio standing up and declaring that this time they will definitely rescue Eri. Aizawa also allows the students to take part in the operation.
While Eri's location was being pinpointed, Eijiro and his classmates would train themselves harshly to prepare for the operation. However, they are forbidden from disclosing any information regarding the operation. Izuku, Ochaco, Eijiro, Tsuyu and the Big Three wait impatiently for any call that informs them that they have finally found her. Two days later, at a late night, all of them receive messages form Sir Nighteye informing them that they finally know where Eri is and calls everyone to another conference to prepare for the impending rescue operation. The next morning, the rescue operation has begun. They are given given detailed information about the Shie Hassaikai's secret complex underground facility as well as all the information available of Quirks registered of Hassaikai members. Eventually, during the operation, Fat Gum and Eijiro would encounter two members of the Eight Bullets: Kendo Rappa and Hekiji Tengai, who are dubed as the Shiled-and-Spear duo. This leads to an extremely brutal fight, as Kendo launches rapid bullet-like punches at great speed, striking Fat Gum and Eijiro, managing to even break through Eijiro's Unbreakable defenses. Fat Gum counters with a punch of his own, but his punch strikes a barrier instead, created by Tengai. The fight continue ons, and Kendo launches an brutal assault on Fat Gum with his multiple fast punches, while Eijiro can only watch in disgrace as he is unable to do anything. Disheartened, Eijiro believes there's nothing he can do to help. Tengai sees Eijiro's fear and notes that the look in his eyes confirms he has accepted defeat. However, after recalling the words of his idol, Eijiro suddenly appears in front of Kendo, which surprises Tengai. Eijiro is struck by Kendo's fierce punches and manages to withstand it, which takes Kendo by surprise.
As he falls to the ground, a bloody and beaten Eijiro states that his intervention was not meaningless as it has given Fat Gum the time needed to release his accumulated strength. Fat Gum, who is now shrunken and skinny yet muscular, reprimands Tengai for calling Eijiro's intervention meaningless, and thanks Eijiro for his bravery as he has absorbed Kendo's accumulated blows which have in return given him great strength, and delivers a powerful punch that smashes both villains, defeating them. Much to Gum's surprise, Kendo survives the punch but instead of continuing on fighting, he tells the Pro Hero there are first aid supplies in a nearby room and tells him to treat Eijiro's wounds. This is because Kendo grows a personal interest in Eijiro, and sees the boy as a man, hoping to fight him again in the future. Unfortunately, since Eijiro and Fat Gum took too much damage, they are unable to continue on, but their efforts pays off as Izuku and the others have rescued Eri and defeated Overhaul.
Eijiro eventually recovered from his injuries, and he and the others returned to Heights Alliance, where they are greeted by a worried Class 1-A. Eijiro would also go and pay his respects to the deceased Sir Nighteye, and had to leave Fat Gum's agency due to the Hero Work-Studies being postponed for a while. Eijiro would also participate in the U.A School Festival, where he would become part of the Dance Group.
Class 1-A's Adventures
Over the course of the series, Eijiro would continue on his life as a student. For one instance, he took part in the Joint Training Battle, participating in the first round with Denki, Tsuyu, and Hitoshi Shinso of Class 1-C against Class 1-B students: Ibara Shiozaki, Kosei Tsuburaba, Hiryu Ryu, and Jurota Shishida. Despite his best efforts, Eijiro gets captured by Jurota, but thankfully, his class achieve victory. When Aizawa ask the to reflect on the match and what they have learned, Eijiro says that his Quirk is difficult to utilize in a situation where a fight is trying to be avoided, and knows he needs to be able to apply his skills outside of combat. This led to Aizawa telling Eijiro to learn how to set up situations for close combat. After the Joint Training Battle concluded, Tetsutetsu scolds Eijiro for letting his defeat in the round 1 affect him and telling him to stop comparing himself with him, encouraging a defeated Eijiro by telling him about the differences between Hardening and Steel and saying they both have different strengths.
In fall, the HPSC devises a project known as the "Hero Work Recommendation" project to help to train the new generation of Heroes due All Might retirement. Weeks go by, and shortly after winter begins, after the Hero Interview Training, Class 1-A is sent to Nabu Island, a remote place in southern Japan. The Pro Heroes who protected the island are about to retire, so the students will take care of the place, performing duties as real heroes acting like their own "Hero Office", until the arrival of new Pro Heroes. Since the island s quite isolated from the rest of the country, and therefore far from any villain activity, there has been no notable incident since the last thirty years.
Eijiro would help out the inhabitants of the island, which was no easy task for him, as the rest of the class have noted. However, the next day, their time of peace was interrupted as they were informed by a neighbor and Fumikage arrive to report that the island is being attacked by a group of villains, leading to Iida to quickly organize the class to face this crisis. The class was split into groups: Bakugo, Eijiro, and Denki will go to the shopping district and intercept the villain, while Momo, Kyoka, and Mina assist with medical evacuation. Once the trio arrived, they quickly saved Yuga, Minoru and Toru from the villain Mummy, whose Quirk allows him to create puppets. Mummy proved himself to be too much for the students, but Bakugo eventually manages to defeat him. At night, the students retreat to a factory to heal their wounds and provide first aid to the inhabitants of the island. Eijiro helps distribute food among the refugees along with several of his classmates. Later, Class 1-A have a meeting where they discover that the objective of the group's leader, Nine, is to steal the Cell Activation Quirk from a boy named Katsuma Shimano. With this information, they devise a plan to approach them in front and keep civilians safe. The plan is to lure the villains to the furthest corner of the island where ancient castle ruins are and defeat the villains.
In the morning, Class 1-A would battle against Nine and his allies, with Eijiro taking on Chimera, alongside Shoto, Iida, and Tsuyu. Along with Iida, Eijiro attacks him with a series of kicks and punches but Chimera blocks all his attacks easily until he feels his body is paralyzed. The students reveal that Tsuyu has covered their arms and legs with a special toxic mucus that she had secreted with his Frog Quirk, effectively stopping his body from moving. Chimera then uses his Quirk to transform himself, becoming bigger and more powerful which nullifies the toxin, and starts attacking the four students.
Overwhelmed by Chimera, Shoto devises a plan: they need to distract the villain and help Shoto get closer to him so that he can use his Ice powers at full potential to freeze Chimera. All of them agree to put the plan into action. While Iida distracts Chimera, Shoto holds Eijiro by the waist as he speeds them forward towards Chimera while sliding on his ice. Chimera notices them and blasts at them with his burning beam, but Eijiro activates Unbreakable to take the full-frontal hit from the blast and manages to stand his ground long enough until Chimera finally exhausts his flaming breath. Eijiro loses consciousness, but gives Shoto the opportunity to strike. With the help of Tenya and Tsuyu, Shoto manages to freeze the villain, before everyone passing out.
Eventually, Nine is defeated by both Izuku and Bakugo , saving the island and its inhabitants in the process. The military and a large number of heroes arrive on Nabu Island, rescuing the civilians and medically treating Class 1-A, and arrests the villains. Class 1-A continues to stay on Nabu Island to help repair the damage done by Nine and his villains until the Public Safety Commission suspends the program and orders them to be sent home. On the night of Christmas Eve, at Heights Alliance, Eijiro celebrates Christmas with his friends, alongside Aizawa and Eri, having a fun time with them. With Work-Studies about to start again, Eijiro will re-join Fat Gum'agency, this time joined by Tetsutetsu.
Eventually, during the Work Studies, Fat Gum's agency would become a part of the Japanese Task force assigned to stop the terrorist anti-quirk cult known as Humarise, being assigned of storming the branch they have in Tokyo, arresting the members and getting a hold of the Trigger Bombs. While their raid was successful, they failed to locate the Trigger bombs and the most prominent members of Humarise. Around the world, the other hero teams also succeed in their respective raids as well, but met with the same results. The WHA director orders all the hero teams to stand by in their respective countries.
Days later, while waiting at a standby hotel, he is informed that Izuku has been found guilty of the murder of twelve civilians in Otheon, which Eijiro expresses his utter dismay and anger at these accusations towards his classmates, considering them ridiculous. This only gets worse when the Humarise leader, Flect Turn broadcasts to the entire world that they intends to denote several Trigger Bombs in the twenty-five cities where the branches of his cult used to be, and that there are only two hours before they explode. As expected, panic breaks out in the target cities, being one of them Tokyo, triggering numerous accidents among the terrified population, leading to the Japan Task Force scrambled to quell the hysteria and locate the bombs.
Fat Gum Agency re among the first to arrive, and the Pro Hero quickly coordinates his trainees to help: while Tamaki extricates the injured, Eijiro and Tetsutetsu secure and evacuation route for the civilians, using their respective Quirks to move crashed vehicles out of the way. They later assisted in Gang Orca and his team in fighting off several Humarise villains and stop the Trigger Bombs. Fortunately for the heroes, the Trigger Bombs are stopped, thanks to the actions of Izuku, Bakugo, Shoto, and Rody Soul, as they stormed Humarise's main headquaters, defeated Flect and his prominent lieutenants, and defuse the bombs, preventing the world-wide crisis. Eijiro then returns to U.A., meeting up with his classmates and rejoice that everyone is okay.
The Paranormal Liberation War
As months passed, the HPSC had discovered the plans of Tomura and his militia villain organization known as the Paranormal Liberation Front. This led to organizing a large force of heroes to take the villainous army down. Eijiro serves as a member of the Villa Backup Team along with some of his classmates and Class 1-B students, with their main task is to provide support to the heroes who raid the Gunga Mountain Villa and prevent villains from escaping. Unfortunately, just as things were going well for the heroes, Tomura Shigaraki awakens and commanded Gigantomachia to go to him, with the Pro Heroes trying stop the walking calamity, but fails. A surprised Kyoka detects the giant, and warns her teammates of him. Likewise, a wounded Midnight contacts Momo saying that they must put Gigantomachia to sleep with an anesthetic, before losing contact. Following Midnight's instructions, the U.A. Students prepare a trap for the giant villain by softening the ground with Juzo's Quirk and strategically position several ropes covered in Minoru's orbs. Momo creates several 30-liter vials filled with sedative, and tells everyone they will have to be administered orally because of Gigantomachia's tough-looking body. Each student receives the same amount of sedative, so if one person chucks it into his mouth, he should fall asleep. As they set up a trap, they are informed that the members of the PLF are riding on Gigantomachia's back.
Gigantomachia falls into the softened ground and and the ropes stick to his jaw, which are pulled by several students to open his mouth while multiple students charge to throw the sedative into his mouth, but Gigantomachia blows them all away with one breath, with Dabi also burning the area, making it harder for students to get through to them. However, Mina manages to get through the flames using Acidman, and prepares to deliver the sedative, getting pass through Dabi's flames. Just as she tries to throw the sedative however, upon recognizing Gigantomachia as the monster she faced in middle school, she stiffens up, and loses her grip on her canister. A stiffen Mina is abut to be crushed by Gigantomachia's hand, but Eijiro runs through the flames, and pushes her out of the way, apparently being him the one who ends up smashed. Tetsutetsu arrives to help Mina, who is worried about Eijiro, but Tetsutetsu reassures her about it, trusting in his friend's abilities.
Tetsutetsu's words prove true, as Eijiro not only avoided being crushed but also goes in his Unbreakable form, climbing his way up the giant's arm, forcing handholds with his hardened fingers. He announces his name and how he won't let there be anymore blood. Before he can chuck his canister, it is destroyed by a knife thrown by Himiko Toga. However, Eijiro managed to grab Mina's canister, and successfully chucks it into the giant's mouth. Seeing him, Gigantomachia is about to smash him with a slap, but the students start firing at him with cannons created by Momo, while Lizardy flies in and successfully grabs Eijiro out.
Several heroes led by Majestic arrive to take charge of Gigantomachia now that he has ingested the sedative, because the more he moves the faster it will spread. Gigantomachia, however, takes on an armored appearance and easily defeats heroes, and continue on his way to Tomura. Before being defeated and killed, Majestic uses his Quirk to bring the U.A. students to safety, who can only watch helplessly as the giant devastates everything in his path.Later, they tell Mirio (whose Quirk was restored by Eri) about the sedative when he was going to the same place that Gigantomachia was headed towards. As the battle against Tomura continues, and the sedative finally takes effect, the U.A. students work to rescue, aid and assist the wounded heroes. Unfortunately, to his tragedy and that of his friends, when they go to aid Midnight, they discover that she was killed. Like the others, Eijiro can't help crying over the death of one of his teachers.
Following the end of the Paranormal Liberation War and the decline of the Hero Society due to PLF's actions (particularly Shigaraki's, Dabi's and Gigantomachia's), Eijiro and his classmates return to Heights Alliance, where find out that they all received personalized letters from Izuku, in which he explains One For All and that the villains are after him. Like the rest of his class, Eijiro is shocked and confused at Izuku's decision to leave U.A. High.
The Final Act Saga
Bringing back Izuku
A few days after Izuku leaves U.A, Eijiro is seen in a meeting with his class, correctly deducing that Izuku is working with Endeavor and his team. A few days later, growing impatient with their response, Class 1-A use Endeavor's U.A. Alumni status to confront him despite knowing how much he does not like to be tricked. When they discover where Izuku is, Principal Nezu gives Class 1-A permission to bring back Izuku to U.A, Eijiro joins with his class to search for Izuku while at the same time, apprehending any prison escapees along the way. After a month of trailing in Izuku's whereabouts, Class 1-A finally arrived on the scene to defeat Dictator, leading to Eijiro, along with Yuga and Toru to secure the assassin until Endeavor arrives to arrest him, allowing the three to head back to recover Izuku. After saving Izuku and Tenya from the fall, Eijiro shouts to Izuku about remembering a story from a while back about a kid who saved a friend from a villain, and realized it was him, and states that what he did back then is what they're doing now.
After Izuku finally returns to U.A and the civilians allowed after they were calmed down by Uraraka, Eijiro and the boys immediately rush Izuku to the bath, stripping and washing him down before getting in themselves.
Preparations for War
After learning that Star and Stripe was killed by Tomura and taken her Quirk, New Order, which acted like a virus destroying several of his Quirks and delaying his procedure by about a week, the class are preparing themselves for an another all-out war, revealing that over the past month they have been training with the Wild Wild Pussycats in to keep up with Izuku and proceed to carry out their training once again. Unfortunately, Eijiro and the class received news of Izuku capturing the U.A Traitor, who is revealed to be Yuga Aoyama, alongside his parents, revealing that he isolated the class at the U.S.J. and revealed the location of their training camp. The class can't help but refuse to back down from the news despite Nezu's request, all in stunned and tears of Yuga's betrayal, with Eijiro begging Yuga to tell them it was all just a lie. He listens to Yuga's desperation that drove him to despair, followed by Izuku's pleading to let Yuga still help them.
The rest of the class the quickly realize that they could have Yuga help deceive All For One and "steer the villains" into the fight, and when questioned why they're so willing to trust him, Iida simply responds that what happened is in the past, and with them being unable to realize how he's been feeling all this time, they carry some responsibility, so they must reach out to him as friends in order for them to become equals again. Eijiro even shouts that he knows Yuga thought it would be impossible to go against All For One, but now Izuku has given him and his parents a chance to finally break free from him, reminding him that they would never blame someone for being Quirkless, or would hate them for holding back their tears and hiding their pain in secret.
Aizawa then appears on a tablet screen, taking full responsibility and reveals that he has an idea, which Class 1-A, the U.A. Staff, and Police Force hear while the Aoyama Family's ears have been covered. Naomasa then has the Aoyama Family escorted back to their HQ, telling everyone not to say a word to anyone else about the plan, while he and the rest of the class look on sullenly. Back at Heights Alliance, Class 1-A take a breather, before getting ready to gear back up, as everyone, with fire and rage in their eyes over the betrayal forced by All For One, prepared to bring the monstrous villain down once and for all. Eijiro and his classmates form their "Search Squad" and head out to hunt down the villains. Later that night the class returns to Heights Alliance to rest after coming up with unfortunately nothing from their search. Just then, All Might, Naomasa, and Nezu arrive to inform them all about their secret finalized plans for the upcoming second war.
They bring in Shinso, much to the class' excitement, learning that he has trained his Quirk to be able to get people to talk, and they will use this ability to allow the Aoyamas to deceive All For One. The class, including Eijiro, further cheers on Hitoshi, as well as Aizawa learning that he had trained him. The next day, Nezu announces to the civilians that Tomura will make his big move in 4 days, with Class 1-A moving outside of the U.A. barrier to began prioritizing their safety. After saying their goodbyes, Eijiro and his classmates move into the upgraded makeshift fortress called "Troy". After settling in, he, Bakugo, and Iida go to check in on Shoto to see how he is feeling about his impending conflict with Toya/Dabi.
The Final War
Thanks to both Yuga and Neito, Eijiro, along with his class and the remaining Pro Heroes, arrives and is prepared in the final war against All For One and his forces. Him and Mina end up fighting several villains summoned through Warp Gate. When most of his classmate goes on to take other villains, he heads off in a team with Mount Lady that also has Mina, Mineta, and the Class 1-B students heading to Jaku Hospital which houses Gigantomachia's Detainment Facility. They fight multiple villains inside and Mina ends up saving him from a sludge villain. They take out several threats but many villains start to fly away, so the team uses All For One’s voice broadcast to manipulate them. He sees Shinso being swallowed up by a sludge monster then tries everything to save him but can’t. But luckily, Mina arrives and saves the two from the Sludge Villain.
While Shinso brainwashes and pilots Gigantomachia, he catches a dehydrated Ashido, praising her. Eijiro accompanies Shinso riding on the gigant when they eventually reach All For One, with Machia commandeded to throw a giant mountain right at him. Eijiro calls out to Fumikage, who is one of the Heroes fighting the villain, telling him they are here to help ensure he doesn't reach both Izuku and Tomura. All For One attempts to attack Shinso, figuring that he is brainwashing Gigantomachia, but Eijiro quickly uses Unbreakable to protect him, but despite his efforts, the giant villain is freed from Shinso's control.
However, to everyone's surprise, Machia continues on with his onslaught towards All One, asking his master on why he left him behind, venting about how even after he came back in Tomura's body, he still abandoned him and ran away. Shinso notes how both Machia and Izuku are the only two to resist his Brainwashing, and how even with him under his control, he kept muttering about being betrayed, declaring him to be along for the ride as a safety measure. With this revelation, Eijiro, alongside the heroes and Machia continues on their relentless assault, but despite their efforts, All For One gains the upper hand and uses his Quirks at full power, defeating everyone while decimating Mt. Lady, Gigantomachia (who was confirmed to be killed), and Dark Shadow.
Eijiro, who barely survived the battle and is severely wounded but is quickly patched up, joins Class 1-A and the heroes in supporting Izuku in fighting off the vestige of All For One. When the villain retaliates by sending a large Rivet Stab structure to crush Izuku, Eijiro, Mina, and Fat Gum rush in and push it away, with Eijiro and Mina telling him he's got it and to get it done, which he says he will. Thanks to their efforts, Izuku reaches into a direct contract with the villain and destroys him with a Smash right through his chest, putting an end to both All For One and Tomura. With their deaths, the second war officially ends in the heroes' victory.
Epilogue
Following the end of the Final War, Class 1-A would eventually graduate and become Class 2-A, while also celebrating Aoyama's farewell party and welcoming Shinso to Class 2-A. As the months would go by, Eijiro would continue to work hard and eventually, the class would graduate from U.A. Eight years later, Eijiro becomes a full-fledged Pro Hero, where he joins the rest of his friends to help a traffic situation involving a landslide on WarStar Road, with the series ending as we see Kirishima and his friends all grown up and have accomplished their dreams.
Corrupting Factors
None that we can think of really. The kid proves himself to be a friendly and outgoing individual, who's also humble towards others as well. While he does have some moments where he can be prideful, he quickly subverts this and isn't ashamed to admit his flaws. His insecurities aren't exactly corrupting either, as it doesn't really stop him from being both a good hero and good friend to his class.
While there are moments of him being mischievous with Bakugo, we feel like those moments are incredibly minor at best, as his mischievous acts are nothing more but harmless fun and isn't really taken seriously. Apparently, that's what prevented him from being pure good in the first place. Which in my honest opinion, is kind of ridiculous. Being mischievous shouldn't automatically prevent you from being PG, especially if it's with people like your best friend and the fact that they tend do it for harmless reasons. And compared to the crap that Katsuki Bakugo tends to gives him, this is absolutely nothing.
Admirable Standards
It's no secret at this point the admirable standards in the franchise are absolutely bonkers as hell. This is a series where heroes save lives on a daily basis and multiple heroes help save the world, and majority of them possesses powerful abilities to achieve their goals. As such, there are tons of characters who have done a lot of admirable deeds as the story progressed.
For example, we have the Big Three (AKA the main trio) of the franchise: Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki.
- For Izuku, being a pure-hearted and humble kid, he has done a ton of admirable deeds, such as saving Bakugo from the Sludge Villain despite everything he did to him, saving Kota from Muscular (a powerful B-Rank supervillain), rescuing Eri from the abusive Overhaul, leaving U.A to protect his friends and fighting off the villains sent by All For One, and finally, reaching out to his arch-nemesis Tomura in hopes of saving him, despite everything he did. He was also willing to sacrifice One For All. And he did this TWICE. The first time is when he shares it with Bakugo to defeat Nine, despite the risk of possibly losing it. And then, he sacrifices it again to defeat All For One, which leaves him quirkless once again, something Izuku is definitely fine with.
- For Katsuki, he too did a lot in this series, such as holding off Wolfram so Izuku and All Might could defeat him, trying to fight off the villains in the training camp despite being the main target, protected Nabu Island from Nine, even using One For All that Izuku gave to him (Despite warning him of the potential consequence), and play a major role in stopping Humarise. But personally, the biggest crowning achievements of his admirable deeds is protecting Midoriya from being impaled by Shigaraki, bringing back Izuku to U.A apologizing for everything he did to him, fighting off Shigaraki despite being incredibly wounded (and temporarily dying in the process), and finally the biggest one of all: Defeating All For One once and for all. And he also joined the final fight against All For One's vestige, aiding Izuku in reaching All For One while destroying Kurogiri, who tried to use warp gate to block Izuku's attack on All For One.
- For Shoto, his admirable deeds involves fighting off villains during the USJ Attack, even assisting All Might in defeating the USJ Nomu, saved Tenya from Stain and alongside Izuku, convince Tenya to overcome his desire for revenge, afterwards they defeated the infamous Hero Killer. He later took part in protecting his classmates from the League of Villains during the training camp attack and took part in rescuing Bakugo from them. Then, there was his major role in defending Nabu Island, where he managed to defeat Chimera, one of Nine's lieutenants. And finally, his crowning achievement for his admirable deed was stopping his elder brother Dabi during the Final War, and also joined in the final battle against All For One, despite being a bit injured. There's also the fact he was finally able to let go of his resentment towards his father and find forgiveness in him for his past deeds.
But of course, besides the trio, there are also several UA students who have done a lot as well. For example, there is Ochaco Uraraka, who has saved countless lives, protected Izuku from a raging mob, and redeemed Himiko Toga (which sadly led to her sacrificing her life to save Uraraka). Tenya Iida (Who I plan to propose as PG as well), who defeated Stain and ended his reign of terror among the Pro Heroes, aided in saving Bakugo, getting Shoto to stop Dabi before he uses his nuclear suicide bomb, and took part in fighting off All For One. Momo Yaoyorozu, who also took part in rescuing Bakugo (by tracking down where the LOV took him) and played a major role in stopping Gigantomachia and All For One. Mezo Shoji and Koji Koda (two potential PG candidates), who also played a major role in the Final War by defending the Central Hospital, battling against a mutated Spinner, pacifying the heteromorph members of the PLF (which led to a few siding with Mezo and Koji), and battling All For One. And finally, there are the Big Three (consisting of Mirio Togata, Tamaki Amajiki, and Nejire Hado) who each had a major role during the Shie Hassaikai Arc and later on, the Final War. Togata is a special mention since the guy literally sacrificed his quirk to protect Eri and distracted Shigaraki long enough for Izuku to arrive.
Then there are the pro heroes (some of whom I plan to propose as PG) themselves. For example:
- Toshinori Yagi/All Might, who created an era of peace and prosperity for the longest time possible, mentored Izuku and entrusted One For All to him (thus making him responsible for Izuku's admirable deeds) defeated All For One (twice), defeated Wolfram alongside Izuku, and even participated in the Final War, during which he fought All For One again during which he had no quirk but a power-armor instead to protect Izuku, nearly losing his life in the process.
- Shota Aizawa/Eraserhead, who is responsible for teaching Class 1-A, and displays time and time again of his selfless deeds on protecting and helping others, such as defending his students during the USJ (where he defeat most of the villains), saving Asui from being decayed by Shigaraki, and erasing Shigaraki's quirks during the war, even sacrificing his leg when it was hit by a quirk deleter bullet. He then took a part in fighting All For One during the final battle, in which he gave Eri's horn to Izuku so it could recover his arms.
- Enji Todoroki/Endeavor, (who is honestly one of the best examples of a redeemed character), who atoned for his past deeds by defeating Hood (nearly losing his life in the process), led the pro heroes against the Paranormal Liberation Front, and despite being shunned for his actions, still led to fight against them. He even took a major role in weakening All For One and later defeating Dabi alongside Shoto, having lost most of his body parts and being heavily scarred in the process.
- Keigo Takami/Hawks, who assisted his idol Endeavor numerous times, even staying loyal to him despite facing harsh criticism and played a major role in the Final War, during which he assisted in weakening All For One with the best of his ability. There was also his attempt to reform Twice, seeing him as a good person and he only killed him because he had no choice (Please keep in mind, Twice, despite being genuinely a good person at heart, was too dangerous. If he was let go, he would've been a dangerous threat during the war and cost numerous lives to be lost) and he does deeply regret what he had to do.
- Tsunagu Hakamada/Best Jeanist, who served as a mentor of Bakugo, even attempting to fix his attitude and despite being frustrated with him, he never gave up on Bakugo. Then there are his heroic deeds such as aiding in battling against the powerful All For One during the Hideout Raid, then during the Paranormal Liberation War, he managed to restrain most of the villains including Gigantomachia. This allowed Endeavor to knock out the giant villain, while Jeanist tries to restrain most of the League, but sadly, fails. Then he participates in leading his squadron on holding off against Shigaraki and then attempts to save Bakugo, who was critically injured by Shigaraki, and joining the heroes and the U.A students in protecting Izuku while fighting off the vestige of All For One.
- Nemuri Kayama/Midnight, who also taught Class 1-A, defended USJ from the villains, and played a major role in the War, where she motivates her students during the war and sacrificed her life to save her students and gave them motivation to defeat Gigantomachia.
- Rumi Usagiyama/Miriko, who is one of the examples of being a "Determinator" as she literally fights off against many dangerous Nomu and even powerful villains like Shigaraki, losing much of her limbs in the process. But despite her severe injuries, the rabbit hero still kept fighting and fighting non-stop. Ultimately, thanks to her fighting Shigaraki, she alongside Mirio, managed to distract Shigaraki long enough for Izuku to arrive.
- and finally, Shinya Kamihara/Edgeshot, who played a major role during the war, where he defeated Re-Destro (one of the most powerful members in the Paranormal Army), played a role in battling against Shigaraki, and most importantly saving Katsuki Bakugo, nearly at the cost of his own life by using his Quirk to repair Bakugo's damaged organs.
And then the One For All Users, who are responsible for enhancing the quirk so it could become powerful enough to defeat All For One once and for all. Among the most notable ones (besides Izuku and All Might) is Yoichi Shigaraki (who began the legacy in the first place), Kudo and Bruce (who are responsible for saving Yoichi, and being one of the people responsible for enhancing and transferring the quirk to their successors and in Kudo's case, sacrificing his life to stop Shigaraki) and Nana Shimura, (who is responsible for inspiring All Might to become a hero, sacrificed her life to defeat All For One, and playing a role in reaching out to her grandson Tenko, as she felt guilty for what he had become).
And last but not least, even characters with the lowest resources who surprisingly did a lot in this franchise. For example, Eri (who is a child mind you) sacrificed her freedom to protect Izuku and Mirio, assisted Izuku in defeating Overhaul, restored Mirio's quirk, and even having her horn removed so it could restore Izuku's arms, despite it potentially damaging her quirk. And then there's Gentle Criminal, who stopped the prisoners of Mikuzu Prison from escaping and saved the U.A from falling, preventing Shigaraki from winning. And finally, even the Todoroki family who assisted Shoto and Endeavor in stopping Dabi, despite nearly losing their lives.
But in the case of Eijiro Kirishima, we feel like he meets the admirable standards here big time.
He can stand out both in terms of the massive quantity of good deeds he has done, as well as the quality of some of them. To begin, he first participated in the defense of U.S.J, working together with Bakugo to stop Kurogiri (since Kurogiri was one of the biggest threats during the U.S.J attack), and later batting off the villains in the Ruin Zone. Then, he helped participate in the Forest Training Camp battle, by battling off the Vanguard Action Squad, and tried to protect Bakugo from the squad.
He later played a critical part in rescuing Bakugo from the League of Villains by plotting up a plan to save him from the league, saving any potential future where he might become a dangerous villain or possibly killed, and letting Bakugo continue his heroism through this act, with him being the one to directly save him. While the rest of Bakugo Rescue Squad did much as well (especially Momo, who located where Bakugo was at), it was Kirishima who did and recommended the rescue plan, making him directly responsible for saving Bakugo.
He also helped the Fat Gum Agency in capturing the thugs who were causing trouble on Eshua Market. And then, he plays an important part in rescuing Eri from the horrible abusive Overhaul and stopping his terrorism. He takes part in defeating one of the members of the Shie Hassaikai gang directly, which of course helped the group progress and stop the yakuza gang. To make it more noteworthy, he nearly lost his life batting Rappa to protect Fat Gum, which led to the pro hero to gather his immense strength and defeating both Rappa and Tengai, earning the former's respect that he rescue Kirishima from potentially dying.
And there's of course his actions in the movies (that are completely canon to the series). In Two Heroes, during Wolfarm's attack, he assisted in protecting the island from him and his gang, while protecting Katsuki from Daigo's attacks. In Heroes' Rising, he participated in defending Nabu Island as well as the Shimano twins by battling against Nine and his group, playing a critical role in defeating Chimera by using his ultimate move against the wolf-like villain, allowing Shoto to defeat Chimera. And finally in World Heroes' Mission, he participated in stopping Humarise' Trigger bombs while evacuating the civilians, and stopping several members of the cult.
And finally, maybe most importantly, he directly plays the role of defeating Gigantomachia during the Liberation War, by placing the sedative into his mouth, which would lead to the giant being incredibly weaken and get himself defeated by Endeavor. Another thing to mention is that he also rescued Mina from being crushed by Gigantomachia after she was too stunned to move when she recognized him as the monster who threatened her classmates. This moment is where he overcomes his cowardice and focuses on defeating the giant villain that terrified him in the past.
But of course, his deeds do not stop there. He, alongside Class 1-A, would bring back Izuku to U.A, and joined in the Final War, helping in stopping several villains, being one of the participants in weakening the powerful All For One, defending Shinso from the villain's attacks, and later on, joining the rest of his classmates and heroes in battling off against the vestige of All For One, protecting Izuku and allowing the boy to defeat the vestige, destroying All For One for good.
It also certainly helps that when it comes to resources in the series, he has much lower resources than others such as All Might, Endeavor, Izuku, Bakugo, and even Shoto since he only has a Hardening Quirk that isn’t like super powerful or anything most of the time. Even if they had the same resources, he might still stand out with them around.
Final Verdict
A firm yes to the charger boi here. If anyone deserves the PG treatment, it is most definitely Eijiro Kirishima, who continued to show his manly spirit and loyalty throughout the series.
