So here is a candidate I want to finally clarify if he is a PG or not. He got removed and added multiple times, and I don't know if the last time he got removed it was legal or if there already were the PG rules. But nevermind, I will do finally a proposal for him.
Who is he and what has he done?[]
Mason "Dipper" Pines is the main male protagonist of Gravity Falls. He is a 12-year old boy and the twin brother of Mabel. He is the adventurer and smart hero of all the other heroes in this series. He always is interesting in finding mysteries of Gravity Falls with the journal written by his gruncle Stanford. Dipper is really kind hearted, mostly calm but also often stressed out. He would always help his friends out and would also rescue them from danger. He helped to defeat Bill Cipher and his chaos and even would have sacrifice himself to save the world and the ones he loves and cares about.
Mitigating Factors[]
The only things I saw negative about Dipper is his annoyance for some people. Mostly of his sister Mabel, his gruncle Stan and Pacifica Northwest. When he met Pacifica he realised that she was a better person than he thought and he does feel remorse when he screamed at her for being like her cruel family. He also has arguments with his sister, but they reconcile again everytime and learn about their mistakes. So while Dipper has some negative factors, I think they aren't corrupting.
Admirable Standards[]
So this is a little bit hard, because his sister is similar to him. But I think she doesn't do enough like he does, because mostly she is the reason why things go out of control and there is chaos. Also that Mabel is often arrogant and childrish. The only one who I could think of counting as Pure Good is Soos. Because he is kind hearted and helpful, but very dumb. But he doesn't come nearly as close as Dipper when it comes to the admirable standard. So yeah, no problem for Dipper to stand out.
Final Verdict[]
I'm honestly undecided on this and leave it to you guys. Dipper always seemed like a pure hero with not corrupting but little flaws to me, but I don't know if he stands out or is the standard hero. So it's up to you!
