Gidget dog

Gidget (The Secret Life Of Pets)

A proposal about Gidget from The Secret Life Of Pets.

Who is she? What has she done?

Gidget is one of the main characters from both movies of The Secret Life Of Pets. She is a short pomeranian dog who lives in an apartment in New York as she barely leaves there and is the love interest to her dog neighbor Max.

Goodness Zone/Admirable Standards

Despite not being very inteligent, she is very kind-hearted and determined to find Max when he went missing and needed help from her friends and allies into finding him and bringing him back home. She gathered all the pets of in her apartment to form a rescue team in returning Max to his own apartment before all the owners return home in the evening at teatime.

In the sequel, Gidget looks after Max's toy, Busy Bee before he and Duke leaves to the farm owned by Chuck's uncle, and she accidentally loses Busy Bee in the a cat-infested apartment which is owned by a cat lady. Chloe, Mel, Buddy and Sweet Pea receives her cat lessons in order to bring back Max's toy and lead the cats to their redemption. Gidget, her friends and the cats then take their owner off in her car in order to help Max, Snowball, Hu and Daisy stop Sergei by knocking him out with help from the cat lady without actually killing him instantly and all the pets went back home afterwards.

Corrupting Factors

She does get angry a few times but, usually only when she stands up to villains and when she tells those that are bad off to learn them right from wrong and to protect her friends, especially her love interest, Max but, she does indeed control of her temper and did get rid of of throughout the movies despite being mostly very kind, helpful and cheerful.

(Yet, some Pure Good characters like Izuku Midoriya and Sash Lilac for example do get angry sometimes when fighting villains and telling others to stop doing the wrong things but, both of these do indeed control their temper despite being very helpful and kind-hearted characters for the most part.)

Final Verdict

It's up to you guys to decide if she will approve or not. And at least Gidget does stand out and does much more than Buddy which, I rejected him from the category a few months ago due to him being lazy and sarcastic and not doing much to stand out.
