Forrest Gump is the film's protagonist. to even try to write all of his acts is a lot but here are a few: 1.Saved a bunch of men in the Vietnam War 2.Defended Jenny from abusive men, albeit in a violent manner. 3. Helped Lt.Dan find peace with God. 4. Gave part of his money to Bubba's family, helping them out a lot. 5. Took care of Jenny before she died.
Corrupting Factors[]
As stated above, he got violent with people that were abusive towards Jenny, but it was all well-intentioned so using violent force was justified.
Admirable Standard[]
Forrest himself is the most admirable character in the film and the one who did the most heroic deeds. He is probably Tom Hanks' most heroic character.
