Who is he![]
Pongo is the main protagonist of Disney's 101 Dalmations, He is male dalmation owned by Roger Radcliffe, he is the mate of Perdita, and the father of 15 Dalmation puppies, and the adoptive father of 84 more puppies.
Why doesn't Pongo qualify[]
As mentioned in the Pure Good Proposal of Pongo, He acts aggressive toward the main antagonist Cruella de Vil because he know that she wasn't a good person.
Pongo along Perdita viciously battle Jasper and Horace to save their puppies from being skinned alive, Pongo didn't result in killing Jasper, but he still goes by far as biting Jasper. Mentioned in one of the comments in PG Proposal that he was too outright is unjustifiable since the Outright category is planned for being deleted. Also mentioned in one of the comments that Pongo was rather generic, and his attemps to matchmaking for his owner would make him outright.
Forgiven to add last minture in the PG Proposal for Pongo, He can rather mischeivous, as shown when he took Roger's hat and started shaking it in attempt for his owner to notice Anita. He also planned for him and Patch to chase chickens around the farm. Pongo can even be somewhat strict at times.
Pongo also teaches one of his children; Patch to say nasty things like "That Ol' Dirty Dawson, the yellow-livered old skunk! I'd like to tear his gizzard out!" which something that Perdita wasn't teach their puppies to say such things.
Important Note: Pongo truly love and deeply cares for Perdita and their puppies, Pongo is brave enough to fight Jasper and Horace and risking himself to save his puppies from being harmed. When Pongo learns that Jasper and Horace kidnapped 84 more dalmationn puppies to make Cruella's dalmation coat, Pongo decides to take the other 84 dalmation puppies with them and adopt them. When Lucky was exhausted from walking in cold, Pongo decides to carry his son since he was too weak to continue walking. Pongo makes sure every puppy and Perdita was onbroad the truck heading to london so none of them get lelf behind
