Chuck Norris is an actor and martial artist, who became an internet meme, and said memes depict him in many ways, ranging from him beating the hell out of Justin Bieber to him being an all-powerful being who, as a baby, could shatter reality by sneezing. Very outdated and not very funny.
Why He Doesn't Qualify?[]
Dear God, where to begin? To start, he's a very clear parody of the real-life Chuck Norris. Not an homage to be taken with a grain of salt, a very blatant parody to be taken with an entire mine of salt. They're memes, which should say enough about how seriously he's played. Even disregarding that fact, he's a very violent, destructive, and wrathful character. As I stated above, he's beaten teenagers and destroyed the universe several times over. Speaking of that, there's also absolutely no story. It's a series of memes, which don't adhere to any storytelling rules. Family Guy has more of a canon.
Final Verdict[]
Cut harder than Chuck's hand through Bieber's abdomen. This is even more of a low than Will Smith.
