The Utroms are supporting characters in the IDW comics Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Unlike their Mirage counterparts, the Utroms here are more warlike and have even built an intergalactic empire. The Krang's father, Quanin, was a dangerous warlord and the last ruler before being robbed of his imperialist ambitions. Their resources were all but dried up, when a massive abolition had swept through the empire.
The Utroms were captured by the Krang and locked away in an X dimension, but survived an invasion by Triceractors.
