Uub is a hero from the Dragon Ball Franchise. He is a reincarnation of the evil Kid Buu.

Dragon Ball Z

Uub appeared in the last episodes of DBZ. He was 10, and was participating in the World Martial Arts Tournament so he could pay for food for his village. Goku manipulates the draws so that they fight in the first round. They battle to a stalemate when Goku offers to train Uub to become Earth's new protector with Hercule providing funds for Uub's village.
