Velgrynd is a major character of the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series. She is the wife of Masayuki Rudra Nam Ul Nasca, the Empress of the Eastern Empire, the Scorch Dragon, and the sister of Veldanava, Veldora Tempest and Velzard.
Though she originally started out as an antagonist it was later revealed she was brainwashed by Michael and would later be freed from his control by Rimuru Tempest.
Appearance[]
Her human form has the appearance of an volouplous woman with blue hair in buns wearing an black and gold Chinese dress. Though she has disguises
In her dragon form she has an similar form to her brother Veldora except more snake like similar to an Chinese dragon and her scales are red and white that are long enough to wrap around her brother's own dragon form.
Personality[]
She has an prideful and arrogant personality much like her other siblings Velzard and Veldora's personalities.
However she is less harsh than Velzard as she try to spoil Veldora when dealing when his punishments believing it is better than Velzard's punishment of killing him constantly until he learns to behave
She tends to be defensive to Rudra Nam Ul Nasca as she will get mad over the slightest disrespect over him even if it was unintentionally and would need to be calmed down.
History[]
Velgrynd would be the third born True Dragon after Veldanava and Velzard where she he would find and fall in love with Rudra Nam Ul Nasca where she would join him and his sister Luica Nasha in defending humanity. She would occasionally clash with her sister Velzard due to Rudra and Guy Crimson being rivals and over their brother Vedora’s treatment finding Velzard’s methods too harsh.
Later on after Rudra's decent and fall after the death of Veldanava and Luica she would be brainwashed by Michael being his pawn in the process.
She would serve as an antagonist until Rimuru Tempest defeated and free her at the end of The Abyss Unleashed where she would find Rudra's soul fragments across the world and would see his incarnation Masayuki Hoiji where she would send him to the Central World, there in the present she would restore Rudra's soul inside of Masayuki making him reincarnate as Masayuki Rudra Nam Ul Nasca with reunited with her lover now whole again. There she would help Masayuki in making the Eastern Empire prosperous again and help deal with Michael and Feldway.
