Verity (Japanese: マコト Makoto) is a Pokémon Trainer whose friends with Ash Ketchum and Pikachu from the 20th movie titled Pokémon the Movie 20: I Choose You! along with her own Piplup (Dawn from the Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl anime also has a Piplup) and Sorrel. She is from the Sinnoh region.
She is voiced by Shiori Sato in the Japanese version, and by Suzy Myers in the English version.
Appearances[]
Verity has bright white skin, black eyes, brown triangular eyebrows and brown hair with a small ponytail on top. She wears a Blue t shirt with a black t-shirt underneath the blue one.
Verity was briefly shown wearing a two-piece dark-blue swimsuit with magenta sides on the bottom part and straps for swimwear.

Verity debuted in a Pokémon Center in the middle of the woods resting her Piplup.
