Violet, better known by her alias Vi, is one of the main protagonists of the indie video game Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling. She is a young bee from the Bee Kingdom who left her home to become an explorer.

Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling[]
Vi once lived with her artistic sister Jaune in the Bee Kingdom, working alongside many other bees to produce honey for the hive. However she had grown tired of this life and desired to explore the rest of Bugaria. Vi eventually left her home after she had a falling out with Jaune and traveled to the Ant Kingdom in hopes of finding an ancient artifact sought after by the ant queen Elizant II. Along the way, Vi met two other explorers Kabbu and Leif who helped her retrieve the artifact from the depths of Snakemouth Den. Queen Elizant II was impressed by the trios efforts and had them search for the remaining artifacts in Bugaria so she can locate the Everlasting Sapling.
Vi was reluctant to talk about her life at the Bee Kingdom to her new teammates, claiming it was the snobbish attitude of its citizens which caused her to leave. However Vi eventually admitted to them about the argument she had with her sister after one artifact was revealed to be within the honey factory she previously worked for.
Kabbu and Leif convince her to make amends with Jaune should anything happen to either of them. But this instead caused another argument between the siblings over one of Jaune's paintings. Vi is left infuriated but still determined to fix their relationship. So, she took a different approach by offering to get Jaune some red paint, a task easier said than done.
Vi had to make various trades all over Bugaria and spend her own personal stash of berries to acquire the paint, but in the end, it allowed Vi to apologise for her behavior toward Jaune, who also apologised in return. Both sisters embraced each other before Jaune revealed her latest painting to Vi; a picture of them enjoying a walking together. Vi hugged Jaune a second time saying she never wants to fight with her again.
