Victor Shoupe is a major character in Netflix TV Show Outer Banks.
He is the former deputy sheriff, now sheriff of Kildare island, after the death of his boss, Susan Peterkin.
He is portrayed by Cullen Moss.
History[]
Season 1[]
Shoupe is a great friend of Peterkin and always follows her example. He is a bit paranoid and restless and always gets involved and manipulated by those with bad intentions. At the end of the season, when Peterkin is killed, Shoupe is shocked and with the accusation made to John B, he hunts them down. When John B and Sarah end up in a storm they are thought to be dead and Shoupe stops the investigation.
Season 2[]
Shoupe discovers that John B and Sarah are alive and soon return to the Outer Banks. With Ward's manipulation, Shoupe arrests John B, but soon releases him when he learns the truth and spreads it to the town, thus hunting Ward. When Ward fakes his death, Shoupe puts an end to him. She then tracks down the Pogues who stole Kiara's parents' van.
At the end of the season, when the five teenagers disappear, Shoupe breaks the news and sends out search parties.
Season 3[]
Shoupe welcomes the Pogues home and asks them some questions. At the end of the season, she discovers that Ward is still alive, but unable to catch him, she temporarily takes Rafe.
