Victoria is a major character in the French animated series Zip Zip. She is the pampered house cat of the Livingstone family and the only one who suspects that the other “pets” — Washington, Sam, Eugenie, and Suzie — might not be who they say they are. Although she often clashes with them, Victoria has shown moments of loyalty and cooperation, making her a complex and sometimes misunderstood character.

she is voiced by Tiffany Hofstetter in English.

Summary[]

Victoria is proud, sassy, and prefers a life of luxury. She doesn’t take kindly to chaos and change, which makes her skeptical of the other animals when they first move in. Despite her attitude, she isn’t mean-spirited — just overly confident and territorial. Deep down, Victoria isn’t heartless. She’s shown on several occasions that she can work with the others when the situation calls for it, and even comes to their defense when outsiders threaten their secret. Though her support usually comes with some sarcasm or reluctance, it's still genuine when it matters most.

While she initially serves as an obstacle for the disguised wild animals, over time she becomes more of a frenemy and even a reluctant ally. Her knowledge of the household and her cleverness often help the group out of sticky situations. Though she’ll never fully give up her superiority complex, she does show she’s capable of growth and even care.

Trivia[]

  • So far, Victoria is one of the characters on the show who knows about Washington and his friends' disguises.
  • As shown in the episode Party Animals, Victoria loves catnip a bit too much.
  • Though she doesn't seem to like Washington and his friends that much, she and the guys actually turn out to be workong together in some episodes, meaning that even though they're not from a nice house like Vic, Vic still does care for them. especially for Washington whenever something bad happens to him and would sometimes even feel regretful and remorseful for Washington, as seen in Out-Foxing Alvarez.
