Victory Leo is a wild and powerful Autobot who transforms into a robotic lion, who debuted in Transformers: Victory. Within said series, he is depicted as the rebuilt form of Ginrai, and becomes Star Saber's combining partner, with the two becoming Victory Saber. He has also made appearances in IDW Publishing's rebooted Transformers comics, as part of Cybertron's Colonial Security.

After Ginrai was wounded by Deathsaurus's Living-Metal-Destroying-Cannon, he was left immobile. Still wishing to help Star Saber, he agreed to an experimental procedure to become a power up for him. After his transformation, Victory Leo was left as a feral animal, until Jan managed to calm him down. From then on, Victory Leo had a more short tempered personality than before, which led to some of the other Autobots mistrusting him for a while.
