Wallace, Grizz and the Poppies relieved from the Hurricane Hal coming to an end.
"Yeah, like last time. Remember Forest Camping Badge? And remember Desert Camping Badge? Ugh, and don't even get me started on the Underwater Camping Badge." Wallace's response to Nguyen being blunt on Grizz's incompetence and starting fires during the flashbacks of attaining previous badges.
"How did he even start a fire underwater?"
