Wang Ai Ling is a major character in the Lilo & Stitch Chinese animated TV show spinoff Stitch & Ai.
She was played by Erica Mendez, who also played Gon Freecss, Diane, Atsuko Kagari, Haruka Tenoh/Sailor Uranus, Ryuko Matoi, Davi, and Towa Higurashi.
History[]
Wang Ai Ling is a Chinese girl who lives in the Huangshan mountains in China with her aunt Daiyu and her older sister Jiejie, as her parents died like Lilo. The aunt would like to move to the city, the older sister works in a tea shop run by Mr. Ding and she also has a drum instructor who is also her boyfriend and is called Dahu (exactly like Nani and David).
Ai also has, like Lilo, four girls who are arrogant bullies.
She then she meets Stitch and immediately befriends him. The two take sanctuary in her and her sister's mountain home and in return she hides Stitch.
Trivia[]
- Due to having a Chinese name, Ai's family name is Wang, while her given name is Ai Ling.
- Ai and Jiejie's relationship is similar to Lilo and Nani's relationship.
- She is the third human companion of Stitch in the Lilo & Stitch franchise, after Lilo Pelekai and Yuna Kamihara.
- Like Lilo, Ai used a broomstick to attack Jumba and Pleakley when they broke into her house.
