Ward is the Settler commander in charge of day to day operation at Foundation. He is also the one to speak to for the Settlers' daily quest, "Vital Equipment", to build reputation with the Settlers after completing all the Vault 79 quests with them.
He is voiced by Ray Chase.
Background[]
Ward used to be a raider, but upon finding a self-help book he started to better himself. At some point he left the raiders and joined the Settlers. Ward was ashamed of his past and was afraid of being exiled because of it, so he hid it from the rest of the them. He would in the end revealed his past to them, but was forgiven and has continued to better himself. He answers to Paige, but is in charge of day to day operations. He is well respected in the community and his orders are followed without question. Ward will ask the Fallout 76 Residents to hunt down missing parts that were stolen by raiders or Blood Eagles. Doing so helps to build reputation with the Settlers and get access to new stuff from them.
