Warden Harms is a minor protagonist in the inFAMOUS series, having a supporting role in the comics.
History[]
Background[]
Not much is known about Harms' past, but he has grandchildren that he used to take to the park in Empire City. He was a police officer on the force when Empire City was placed under quarantine after the blast, and was one of the very few officers who fought against criminals that were taking over.
inFAMOUS[]
Warden Harms was one of the surviving Police officers that reside in Empire City. He would often ask Cole MacGrath to help his forces and fight against the three rival gangs, being the Reapers, Dust Men and First Sons. One of the missions that Warden Harms asked Cole to do was to prevent the Dust Men from freeing Alden Tate. After Alden's escape, Warden Harms would continue to send the police to fight against the gangs in Empire City and often ask Cole for help.
inFAMOUS Comics[]
Following the events of the game, Harms continues to fight against the Reapers and the Dust Men, and is considered one of the only people Cole trusts at the moment. When Moya Jones sends her men to capture Cole for her own purposes, Harms tries to reason to MacGrath to give himself up. Following an attack by the conduit David Werner, Harms works with Zeke to find Cole at Dunbar's apartment, as MacGrath realized that Werner was after him. While heading to Zeke's apartment, Harms learns of Dunbar's participation in betraying Cole to gain powers by Kessler. Harms tells Zeke that he will have to forgive himself if he wants Cole to forgive him, and the two later witness Cole be arrested by Moya's men. Warden and Zeke later work together to rescue Cole, and later watch MacGrath defeat David, thus ending the conflict.
Return of the Beast[]
After the return of the Beast, almost all of Empire City was destroyed and most of the residents died due to the Beasts power. It is unknown weather of not that Warden Harms made it out alive or not. If Harms was killed, he was later avenged by MacGrath, who managed to defeat the Beast by using the R.F.I. at the cost of his life and almost every conduit on the planet.
Trivia[]
