Agent Wendell "Wendy" Pleakley, better known as Agent Pleakley, simply known as Pleakley is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Nani Pelekai) of the 2025 science fiction comedy film Lilo & Stitch, the live-action remake of the 2002 animated feature film of the same name.
He is the one-eyed, "noodly" alien and a member of the Galactic Federation. As a self-proclaimed “Earth expert,” Pleakley became the partner of Dr. Jumba Jookiba on a mission to capture the escaped criminal Experiment 626.
He was voiced and portrayed by Billy Magnussen.
Physical Appearance[]
Pleakley's appearance is mostly similar to that of his animated incarnation, being a thin, greenish-yellow alien with three stout legs, a wide mouth with two tongues, three elongated fingers on each hand, a round bald head topped with a single small antenna and one large eye in the middle of his face.

Biography[]
As an agent of the Galactic Federation and a self-proclaimed expert on Earth, Wendell Pleakley interrupted his leader, the Grand Councilwoman, in her decision to exploit the planet after the criminal Experiment 626 crashed in Hawaii. He prevented the destruction by declaring it a breeding ground for mosquitoes, which are an endangered species. To capture 626, the Grand Councilwoman ordered Pleakley to escort 626's creator, the deranged Dr. Jumba Jookiba, and assist him in capturing the creature while keeping Jumba under control, an order that Pleakley eagerly accepted.
On Jumba's ship, Pleakley expressed his excitement about the trip to Earth and insisted that he and Jumba would become best friends, although the scientist was annoyed by his presence and the potential interference in his evil plans. Upon their arrival in Hawaii, Pleakley suggested that Jumba disguise himself as a human for the hunt, leading them to take on the appearances of two hotel residents to remain inconspicuous, with Pleakley ensuring that Jumba did not reveal himself. During the operation, Pleakley and Jumba continually pursued 626, who was renamed "Stitch" and adopted by a little girl named Lilo Pelekai. After missing his last chance, Pleakley contacted the Grand Councilwoman, who ordered him to capture Jumba and terminate his deal to absorb him from his positions, forcing Pleakley to arrest him. However, Jumba used his portal gun to betray Pleakley, opting to capture his creation by his own means.
After escaping from the laundry room, Pleakley rode a bicycle to Lilo's house, where Jumba attempted to capture Stitch. Although Pleakley tried to help, he was sprayed in the eye by Lilo. Following the destruction of the house, Pleakley was discovered by Cobra Bubbles, a CIA special agent, who tried to arrest him. However, Cobra was persuaded by Nani Pelekai, Lilo's older sister, to assist in saving her sister. At the beach, Pleakley and the others witnessed Lilo and Stitch being rescued by Nani, but Stitch could not wake up due to being underwater for too long. Lilo suggested using the cables from Nani's car to revive him, prompting Pleakley to assist in bringing Stitch back to consciousness.
Suddenly, the Grand Councilwoman and her agents arrived in Hawaii in their ship, capturing the defeated Jumba and planning to imprison Stitch. However, upon realizing Stitch's connection to the Pelekai family, Pleakley questioned whether he could allow Stitch to stay on Earth. He quickly offered to remain as an oversight agent, and at Pleakley's suggestion, Cobra promised to keep quiet about what had occurred, leading the Grand Councilwoman to agree to let Stitch remain exiled on Earth. Shortly thereafter, Pleakley joined the Pelekai ʻohana and occasionally visited their home to enjoy time with his new friends.

- Unlike the original character, Pleakley does not wear women's clothing as a disguise. Instead, he and Jumba utilize holographic devices to appear human and both are disguised as men.
- Many fans expressed their disappointment that the character's habit of cross-dressing was omitted. When questioned about it, Dean Fleischer Camp merely replied, "I tried," and then presented concept art.
- It remains to be seen whether the concept will be revisited albeit with different approach taking into account of Pleakley uses holographic technology to assume human disguise.
