Wilhelmina Packard is a supporting character in the 41st full-length animated feature film Atlantis: The Lost Empire and its sequel. At the age of 16 she was already part of the Flora Dora Girls. She toured for two seasons as an exotic dancer. She was married to United States Cavalry Officer Dennis. She was widowed in 1871.
Personality
Mrs Packard appears as an ignorant and persuasive woman. she is always on the phone with anyone and does her duty with her without hesitation. she seems to have no feelings at first. however during the film she becomes more protective of her friends than her, but she continues to seem emotionless. She also joins in saving Kida. She calls herself 'cynical' and 'confident' and says that "she does her job di lei and when she is not busy she does anything she wants."

Atlantis: The Lost Empire
She is first mentioned by Preston B. Whitmore. She appears in Rourke's submarine and checks in the ocean that there are no dangers. When the mechanical monster attacks she gives the alarm and she is always on the phone with great stress from Helga. Everyone escapes in the escape pods and rushes through the entrance for the voyage of Atlantis. During the journey she seems not to be interested in Milo, but with the film that passes she helps him like the others. After finding Atlantis and his heart after Rourke reveals his true nature and mortally wounded King Kida merges with the crystal everyone plans to leave to collect the sum, but after Rourke humiliates Milo, Audry defends him and doing so also Wihelmina and the others. After saving Kida and killing Rourke, Kida detaches himself from the crystal and Atlantis comes back to life as Mrs. Packard takes a picture of it. Milo's friends promise never to reveal Atlantis and to return to find Milo and Kida. Tonrnati in Whasington come up with a false story with Whitmore that when Cookie is wrong and tells the truth Packard throws an umbrella over his head.
