Willy is a supporting character in The Walking Dead: The Final Season. He is a member and lookout at Ericson's Boarding School.

He was voiced by Justin Cowden.

History

In the past, Willy was sent to Ericson because of "chronic masturbation", but it's unknown if that's the real cause or not. Living there, he becomes a survivor and lookout for the group of kids during the apocalypse.

In the game, Willy first appears staring at Clementine who has just arrived at school with Alvin Jr.. She can either greet him or ask him to stop staring at her and Willy can either greet her back or silently walk away. Later, he alerts the group of Walkers approaching another hunting party. In the evening he is seen with Mitch, and they can be accosted by Clementine and AJ which makes them laugh.

We see Willy again with the others, the day after when Clementine, AJ, Violet and Louis brought back food from the station. He is seen again that night, when Clementine confronts Marlon about his betrayal and Brody's murder. Like the others, he is shocked when Alvin Jr. shoots Marlon in the head, killing him. The following episode, he is silently shown to be angry at him and Clementine and is among those who vote for them to leave boarding school. In the next episode, Willy is on duty and notices James walking Clem and AJ back to school. He shoots the ex-Whisperer with his bow, but misses him before warning the others of Clementine's return. He is briefly frustrated by their return but like the others, he eventually forgives them and accepts that they stay.

Along with the other children, Willy helps prepare a counterattack from the raiders led by Lilly. He argues with Aasim about the traps to perform. While Willy wants to tie up a tree trunk to throw at the raiders, Aasim wants to make sacks of bricks to drop on them instead. Clem can either accept or refuse Willy's trap and either way he will get angry at Aasim's teasing and punch him in the stomach. After playing truth and dare, Aasim goes to see Willy who apologizes for hitting him and the two prepare the trap. During the attack, he witnesses Mitch's brutal death and cries over his corpse until the next day.

He also angrily blames Tenn for his death, but eventually forgives him. During a party organized by Ruby, reveals the reason why he was sent to Ericson, which embarrasses everyone. The next day, Willy takes part in the mission to rescue the children kidnapped by the Delta and survives. He is last seen returning to school with the last children sharing a meal.
