Wing is a major character in the anime and manga series Hunter x Hunter, serving as the tritagonist of the Heavens Arena Arc. He's Zushi's Shingen-ryu master and a former disciple of Biscuit Krueger who becomes Gon and Killua's nen teacher during their stay at Heavens Arena.

Nen Type: Enhancement[]
Wing is an enhancer and a master at the art of Nen. He demonstrates intimate knowledge of all the four principles as well as advanced techniques such as Gyo, In, Ko and Shu. He demonstrates total control of his own aura, being specialized in the principles of Ten and Zetsu. Wing is also capable of opening an individual's aura nodes, granting them the ability to use Nen.
It is said that Wing also possesses his own Hatsu, though it is still unknown what it does.
Trivia[]
- A running gag in the Heavens Arena arc is that Wing often destroys someone else's property while demonstrating his Nen. Examples include Zushi's canned drink, a book, a vase and a wall from his hotel room at the Arena.
- Wing lives within eleven minutes of travel of the Heavens Arena.
- According to Togashi, Wing's was based off the real life professional Shogi player, Yoshiharu Habu.
- In the RPG videogame Hunter × Hunter: Each One's Determination, Hisoka states that Wing is a Floor Master at the Heavens Arena, which is something that was never stated in the manga nor any of the anime adaptations, thus may or may not be considered canon.
