Wisemon

Wisemon is a member of the Fusion Fighters in Digimon Fusion and a minor hero in the reboot of Digimon Adventure. He calls himself a seeker of knowledge.

He is voiced by Shō Hayami in the Japanese version for both Digimon Fusion and Adventure: and Dan Woren in the English version for Fusion.

History[]

Digimon Fusion[]

Wisemon brought Mikey Kudo to him, and he wanted to try him out on a different try. The tests were difficult, but Mikey managed to pass all his tests. And when Mikey passed his test, he let him return to his friends when they were in trouble, and when Mikey and his friends managed to defeat the Ultimate Level Arcadiamon, they got into the Warrior Zone, and at the same time he joined the Fusion Fighters and helped Mikey and his friends save the Digital Earth.

Digimon Adventure:[]

After the eight Chosen Ones and their Digimon partners defeated the Millenniummon, Garbagemon invited the Elected to meet Wisemon, and when they arrived, he told the Chosen Ones all about the Crests that appeared in the Digivice of the Chosen Ones, and also about the Great Catastrophe they had to face next. After learning of the Great Catastrophe from him, the Chosen Ones scattered throughout the Digital World, and when the Great Catastrophe made an arrival, the Chosen Ones returned to help him and Garbagemon when a group of Soundbirdmons attacked. He and Garbagemon even helped the Chosen Ones to get to the rupture in the sky to face the Great Catastrophe that was Digimon named Negamon. And after the Chosen Ones succeeded in defeating Negamon, and returned to their own world, he told the other Digimons the story of how the Chosen Ones and their Digimon partners saved the Digital World.

His Japanese voice actor, Shō Hayami, also voiced Kisaragi in Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin, Takahiro Kafū in Is the Order a Rabbit?, and Nicholas D. Wolfwood in Trigun.
His English voice actor, Dan Woren, also voiced Byakuya Kuchiki in Bleach, Ibiki Morino in Twelve Guardian Ninja Arc of Naruto Shipuuden.
