Wiser is the deuteragonist in Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return.

Biography[]
He is first seen in a tree talking to Dorothy and Toto. When she was asking for directions to Emerald City. He knows a shortcut through candy county but the jester put a spell on the signs.
Then they are brought to the candy courthouse by a man named Marshall Mallow. They are brought to court until the judge recognizes Dorothy.
Marshall is invited to join then they go to Chinatown. And meet the China princess. After a song the jester’s rain of Tierney comes by and spreads.
The China princess wants to join and then they come up upon a munchkin river where they meet a tree named tug and they needed a boat so they built one.
When they reach the emerald city it is a banded. Then Dorothy finds out why things are going wrong the witches broom stick is missing. The evil jester shows up after Dorothy‘s message. They get back aboard the boat into a cave.
Which is another trap then they fall over a waterfall. After the China princess breaks Dorothy tells everyone to stay behind.
Wiser is learning to fly after he starts flying he goes to get help. After China princess comes back.
then they bow the jester all together after the jester goes into a twister he wanted to do a story but Dorothy had to go.
