Yamato is a major character of One Piece Wano Country Arc. She is the daughter of the Yonko, Kaido. She idolized Kozuki Oden since she was 8 years old but was abused by Kaido.
Personality
In her childhood, Yamato idolized Kozuki Oden as she wanted to become like him. She hates her father, Kaido for abusing her and placed explosive armbands on her as far as disowning him as a parent after witnessing her armbands exploded. After Kaido decapitated Orochi, Yamato even refused to become the next shogun of Wano Country.
When she met Ace, she wanted to go out to the sea as a pirate but couldn't due to the armbands Kaido placed on her. She was waiting to meet Luffy for a long time and also wants to join his crew.
Abilities
Yamato has immense physical strength resembling to her father. Despite her large size, she has immense speed as she runs away from Ulti and Page One.
Like her father, her weapon is a Kanabo mace. While Kaido's mace is heavily spiked, Yamato's mace is studded.
Her attack are similar to Kaido such as Raimei Hakke. While Kaido used it with one hand, Yamato used with both of her hands. According to Ulti, she named it as Raimei Yonke.
