Yang Dae-su is a major character in the Netflix/Korean series All of Us Are Dead.
He is portrayed by Lim Jae-hyuk and by Arvin Lee in the English version.
Appearance[]
Dae-su is an overweight teenage young man, who wears a standard male Hyosan high school uniform, a tie and a green sweater.
Personality[]
Despite sometimes being a bit childish, during most of the series he has a serious yet funny personality, Dae-su is always helping his fellow survivors with how he can.
Biography[]
When the zombie outbreak started to spread throughout the entire school, Dae-su hid in another classroom with several other classmates, but not before being sprayed by the fire extinguisher On-jo by accident, while using it help Cheong-san. Throughout the survival, Dae-su has always been helping his friends and when the group reached the music room after cheong-san hide there, Dae-su is seen visibly happy to see him again. As Cheong-san and his friends made the plane to lure the zombies into the music room and use a barricade to keep them from reaching them, Dae-su used his voice in order to draw as much zombies in the room before fleeing with the group.
After taking shelter in the gym storage room and teaming up with Ha-ri's group, Dae-su confesses his feelings to Wu-jin's sister, Ha-ri, who didn't take it well. As the group escaped from the school and saw the massive bombing, Dae-su injured his leg which came from the shockwave but carried on with the rest. When the group where fleeing through a abandoned town, nam-ra sensed nearby zombies following them, Dae-su initially tried to convince the group to leave him behind but the others refused and stood their ground against the zombies, unfortunaly Ha-ri's younger brother would be infected and later killed during this time, he eventually made it with the remaining students to the military ckeckpoint.
