Yayoi Kanbara is a major character in the action supernatural light novel and anime series Beyond the Boundaries. She is a Spirit World Warrior. She is also the mother of Akihito Kanbara, a half-Youmu.
She is voiced by Hiromi Konno in Japanese and by Luci Christian in English.
Appearance[]
Yayoi can be depicted as a beautiful woman with an appearance of somewhere in her 20s or 30s. But in truth, she is immortal Spirit World Warrior. Like her son, she has short pale brown hair. She often chooses to wear a cat outfit to tease her son and company.
Personality[]
Mirai is a mischevious and optimistic mother. Regardless of her mischevious side, she is protective, determined and is willing to do whatever it takes to keep her son safe. She has a belief of love over hate. However, she can also be seen as crazy but genius and the same time.
