The YouTubers are a group of characters in Minecraft: Story Mode, and represent popular members of the YouTube Minecraft Community. They act as protagonist characters in "A Portal to Mystery".

CaptainSparklez was acting as the "leader" for the Youtubers. He's very loyal and honest to his friends. He was the first Youtuber that Jesse and the gang meet in the Mansion. He was accidently killed by DanTDM by being crushed under sand.

DanTDM (The Diamond Minecart) was a local hero that was competing with Lizzie to get an enchanted flint and steel that could open portals to other worlds. He is know for his "diamond minecart" that he always carries with him. He was killed by the White Pumkin by being hacked in the back with an axe or being eaten by spiders (Determinant).

LDShadowLady (aka Lizzie) was a local hero that was competing with DanTDM to get an enchanted flint and steel that could open portals to other worlds. She is skilled with tipped arrows and potions. She was killed by the White Pumkin by being hacked in the back with an axe or being eaten by spiders (Determinant).

Stampy Cat (original name stampylongnose) is a very nervous adventurer that is known for his skill with redstone, as he became the "Tri-Block Champion" for three years in a row. He stole the enchanted flint and steel from DanTDM, that was supposed to be a joke, but in the event of the murdering, he was afraid that everyone would think that he was the White Pumpkin.

StacyPlays is a very quite person, who only talks when she is questioned. She can sometimes become suspicious of people, that she starts to accuse, but she is loyal and protective of her friends. She even gives Stampy Cat support that his "joke" of stealing the flint and steel was a mistake.

History

Background

The YouTubers were invited by Cassie Rose into her mansion. However, what they didn't know is that Cassie Rose was also the White Pumpkin, a mysterious host that was trapped in the YouTubers' world for years, and that she wanted the Enchanted Flint and Steel to that particular world. It's very possible that there were YouTubers we don't know about that were killed by Cassie before the New Order of the Stone arrived.
