Youm Farmenas is a supporting character in the adventure fantasy light novel, manga, and anime series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. He is the captain of the Frontier Expedition Force

He is voiced by Yoshimasa Hosoya in Japanese and by David Matranga in English.

Appearance[]

Youm is a man with messy purple-colored gray hair falls that loosely often his right eye. He usually wears a long, beige coat with rolled-up sleeves, with a fur-lined collar in a dark maroon shade. Beneath the coat, he dons a simple black shirt and a loose, tan sash wrapped around his waist. His pants are dark and somewhat baggy, tucked into sturdy, tan boots. His outfit completes with a pair of tan gloves over hands.

Personality[]

It is shown that Youm Youm had a commanding presence and legitimate authority among his allies yet beneath a tough exterior he maintains a kind heart, prior to meeting Rimuru. Due to his relaxed and grounded nature, he is someone easy to approach and relate to. Youm also has a determined and devoted mindset. Furthermore, despite posssessing strength and skills, Youm stays humble, never seeking praise or fame.He constantly defends what he feels as right. His occasional warm smile is capable to brighten others, and despite his duties, he maintains a playful spirit and finds happiness in simple moments. He has a deep sense of justice and compassion, willing to go above and beyond to protect those dear to him.
