Flower Ninja Yumeha is a member of the Flower Ninja Clan charged with protecting the Devil King armor and a supporting protagonist in Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
She is portrayed by Tamao Matsugi.
Biography[]
Yumeha was once an orphan girl before she was taken in by the Flower Ninja Clan's leader, Genichiro Murakami, and was trained by him to become a Flower Ninja alongside an orphan boy named Kurozaru.
As an adult, Yumeha worked as a waitress in a hotel owned by the Flower Ninja Clan, while secretly operating as one of their top ninjas. She received word that the Sorcerers Clan, a criminal clan of ninjas, was targeting the Devil King armor and grew suspicious of Toha Yamaji after he asked if he could meet with Genichiro. Upon reporting this to Genichiro, her clan leader called a meeting of the Flower Ninjas.
However, it was at this meeting that Kurozaru proposed using the Devil King armor's power for themselves to keep their clan from becoming irrelevant. After Genichiro refused, Kurozaru revealed he had formed a pact with the Sorcerers Clan and promptly staged a coup against Genichiro with half the Flower Ninja Clan's members. During the schism, Yumeha was attacked by Benikiba of the Sorcerers Clan but managed to evade her and escape.
While fleeing, Yumeha ran into Toha and attacked him, thinking he was a part of the Sorcerers Clan too. The confusion was quickly cleared up when Toha transformed into Jiraiya and revealed he had been sent to aid her in guarding the Devil King. It was then that Retsukiba and the Karasutengu, along with Kurozaru and his band of traitorous ninjas, appeared to ambush them. However, the two were able to escape on a speedboat.
Seeking revenge against Kurozaru for his cold-blooded murder of their clan leader, Yumeha went to unearth the Devil King armor herself so she could use it to slay Kurozaru. However, after Yumeha went to the secret location where the Devil King armor was being kept, Kurozaru and the Sorcerers Clan appeared and revealed that they had followed Yumeha to learn the Devil King's hiding place. Despite Yumeha's best efforts, she was unable to stop Kurozaru from obtaining the Devil King for himself and putting it on. Yumeha and Jiraiya attempted to face off against Kurozaru, but were overwhelmed by the power of the Devil King.
With the Devil King now in Kurozaru's possession, Yumeha resolved to clear her mind of all her thoughts about Kurozaru, the death of her clan leader and the Devil King, though Toha still wanted to keep on fighting. However, after being bested again by the Devil King, Toha realized that the Devil King was an armor that thrived on people's thoughts of aggression and resolved to clear his mind just as Yumeha was doing. Working together, Yumeha and Jiraiya were able to kill Kurozaru and reclaim the Devil King.
After Kei Yamaji was sent to infiltrate a dormitory that was the subject of mysterious hauntings, Toha asked Yumeha and Rei Yagyu to sneak into the dormitory as well to help his sister.
