|“||Fourth ship of the Nagara-class Light Cruisers, 'Yura'. Pleased to make your acquaintance!||„|
Yura (由良?) was the third of the six ships completed in the Nagara class of light cruisers for the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN), and like other vessels of her class, she was intended for use as the flagship of a destroyer flotilla. She was named after the Yura River near Kyoto, Japan. She served in the early stages of World War II, and was the first Japanese light cruiser to be lost in that conflict.
Yura has green eyes and very long pink hair in a ponytail. Said ponytail is wrapped full-length with a black ribbon and is secured by an array of guns (Kumano has a similar set up). She also has hair flaps.
Her standard outfit is a serafuku with a seafoam green and white pattern, including three large buttons. She also wears black knee boots.
Her battle kit features four single-cannon turrets, with two as bracelet-like attachments to her wrists, and two turrets hanging off her hips.
