Zen Seizaki (正崎 善 Seizaki Zen) is the main protagonist of Mado Nozaki's novel series Babylon, as well as its manga and anime adaptations.
He is a Public prosecutor at Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office who leads an investigation into the Shiniki mayoral elections and possible manipulation of the population.
He is also the archenemy of the series' main antagonist, Ai Magase.
He was voiced by Yuuichi Nakamura in the Japanese version of the anime, and by David Matranga in the English version.
