Zeno is a one-shot supporting hero in Season 4 of Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He was an imprisoned traitor and gladiator for Emperor Zanmoran in his arena of carnage, but later an ally of the Turtles.
He was voiced by John DiMaggio.
Biography[]
In the Past, Zeno was a well-respected Triceraton warrior until he disagreed with Zanmoran's plan to find the Heart of Darkness knowing that it's capable of causing mass destruction. As a result of disagreeing with the Emperor and becoming a traitor, he was imprisoned and forced to be a fighter in the arena of carnage.
In his only episode, Arena of carnage ; The Turtles are captured and secured by Captain Mozar. This is when he first meets the Turtles and shares food with Michelangelo. He then tells them about the Giant Spasmosaur and the White spot that can defeat it. When the Turtles are about to face it, he wishes them good luck.
He is seen again after the Turtles successfully defeat the Spasmosaur but are put back in their cells; Mikey questions how he ended up in his cell and who will face them next. Before they go he says: "Fight with honour and you will find glory". Leo then wishes Zeno good luck for he will need it.
Surprised, the Turtles find out that Zeno is their next and final opponent as he enters and roars triumphantly. Then he begins to fight them rapidly as Emperor Zanmoran sadistically watches and tells Professor Honeycut that he'll release them if he finishes the heart of darkness. Eventually, Zeno successfully beats the Turtles but Mikey reasons with him to join them. Luckily, he does it and throws his hammer at the Emperor's throne, Calls the Turtles honourable and even calls him out by calling him a "Cowardly Kraang" for still trying to use the black hole generator. Enraged by this he orders the Triceraton soldiers to kill him; Zeno tells the Turtles to escape and find the generator while he defends them and fights Zanmoran's forces to buy them time.
It was unknown what happened to him after the episode, but it's most likely that he got his freedom through honour.

- Despite only being in one episode, Zeno was still a great asset to the Turtles.
- He was the second Triceraton to help the Turtles as the first was Zog from the 2003 TMNT.
