Zeus is the former antagonist turned supporting protagonist of One Piece.
He was voiced by Yū Mizushima in Japanese and Kevin D. Thelwell in English.
Overview[]
Zeus is a cloud homie created by Charlotte Linlin (also known as Big Mom) from her very soul. However due to his uselessness, he was betrayed by his own creator and replaced by new cloud homie, Hera who nearly killed him. However, he survived and transplanted his soul into Nami's sorcery Clima-Tact staff as a vessel. He apologized to Nami and wanted to make it up for his previous betrayal towards her. He later became Nami's official partner when she finally forgives him.
Appearance[]
Zeus is a white cloud Homie. He wears a ball cap. When engage, Zeus turned into a black cloud. After survived from Hera when betrayed by his creator, Big Mom, Zeus took the form of Nami's Sorcery Clima-Tact staff as a vessel. Before arriving in Onigashima, Zeus wore a samurai helmet.
Personality[]
Zeus is calm and collected homie. According to Prometheus, he is a slow-minded and clumsy dimwit. He was loyal to his creator Big Mom until she betrayed him and replaced by Hera. Despite her betrayal toward him, Zeus was concerned of his former creator. Zeus is now completely loyal to Nami as he will do anything to make-up for his previously betrayal towards her.
Zeus is a coward when he is afraid of the dark and/or Big Mom is willing to kill him for his uselessness while he is no longer any use to her. He is also afraid of Nami's wrathful side and forgotten that she will never forgive him for his previously betrayal towards her.
Abilities and Powers[]
As a Special homie created from Big Mom's soul, Zeus is a very powerful homie. He has a power electrokinesis. Each time he eats Nami's black clouds, Zeus grow bigger and stronger. However, his abilities are useless against Luffy due to him made of rubber.
Zeus has a powerful spirit when he left his body and transplanted his soul to Nami's Sorcery Clima-Tact staff as his vessel.
