Personality
Zoelle V. Howzer is Penny's nerdy, nervous, insecure and timid friend. She is very insecure about her looks and wants to be accepted. Zoey is known for being a follower and Penny often has to talk sense into her. Zoey is the only non-Hispanic white character in the main cast of the show.
Appearance
Penny's nerdy Irish friend. Zoey has red hair, braces, glasses, freckles, and is tall. She shows low self-esteem at times, and always tries to show others that she's not all nerd. Zoey loves animals and has a scratchy voice. Her mother is a limousine driver while her aunt is a lawyer. Zoey enjoys dancing but has little faith in her skills. When she competes in a dance battle however, she proves herself to be just as good as, if not better than, her friends
